It is a real sax. I watched a film about McCartney's and Lennon's solo careers up to 1980 and they showed them playing during the same show and they showed an African American man (with a stache and an afro if that helps identify him) playing the solo during Listen to What the Man Said
The Beatles should have done a large scale final concerts tour with a live concert recorded album around 1969 after 1966 before disbanding for the final time in 1970. A September 1969 farewell two concerts at Madison Square Garden in NYC and Royal Albert Hall in London before John Lennon leaving would have been an excellent way for the Beatles to go out on a farewell note. Much like Cream did in 1968. Problem was both John Lennon and George Harrison already wanted out of the concert touring and going solo in 1966. Weird how the best band in history the Beatles didn't have their first large scale double record two volumes of compilation albums released until 1973 and first live album the Hollywood Bowl until 1977. While the Rolling Stones live album was already released years earlier along with the Who and Led Zeppelin's.

:
bA pA Pa PA!
Lady Madonna, children at your feet
Wonder how you manage to make ends meet
Who finds the money when you pay the rent?
Did you think that money was heaven sent?
Friday night arrives without a suitcase
Sunday morning creeping like a nun
Monday's child has learned to tie his bootlace
See how they run
Lady Madonna, baby at your breast
Wonders how you manage to feed the rest
See how they run
Lady Madonna lying on the bed
Listen to the music playing in your head
Tuesday afternoon is never ending
Wednesday morning papers didn't come
Thursday night your stockings needed mending
See how they run
Lady Madonna, children at your feet
Wonder how you manage to make ends meet
He changed the line from do you think that money is heaven sent to don't you know that money is haven sent. He change his mind about that line.
