Torx bit hammered in or actually use the impact driver properly. You need to turn the driver in the direction you want while hitting it. Just holding it there and hitting it doesn't do anything. 😉

If you'd actually hit that impact driver it might have worked!.....but then I'd be waiting for the bike stand tofall over :)
