Sino kayang developer nito? Ang ganda ng CR at Kitchen. No need for renovation. For sure hindi SMDC, Cityland, NSJBI, Pioneer or DMCI to. I'm thinking Alveo or Megaworld but leaning towards Megaworld. 😁

May I ask who is the developer? Great job! Although would have been nice if you thought of putting an office corner that's against the wall. Medyo weird lang kasi nakaharang yung work desk sa gitna and in front of the bedroom and bathroom doors pa.
