Its somber tone make me reflect of 1993-1997 (college years) - how we yearn for such a time, where connections we made were more down to earth. Thank you, David. I happen to be watching now your 2020 FB post about top 10 best English written songs by Filipinos. I checked each one in YT and they happen to be all my favorites!! I'm not so good at finding out the titles so I didn't even realized I love all the songs of Rico Blanco which you mentioned. And I thought I was not a fan of Pinoy boy bands or pinoy rocks. I don't normally listen to these songs, but I just happened to have heard them everywhere in Metro Manila and now, that I'm settled in a beautiful island of Romblon, listening to the songs trigger some good city memories.
