Would like to see Blue eyes shinning dragon vs Red eyes darkness dragon
That's be way to difficult unless they ran melody of waking the dragon and ultimate fusion and some other stuff. Where as red eyes can be summoned off of black stone and darkness can be searched off of a the two tiny red eyes monsters. Like black metal dragon. So I'd say cause of that darkness would be out easier then shining. But if they ran cyber stein and future fusion then ultimate dragon can be cheated out easily.
Not very even match is the only issue although red is clearly modeled after shining. Infinitely easier to summon red eyes darkness

Darkness is easier to summon but Shining is way more powerful and has effect Defence.

@@HeadtoHeadBattles True in the sense that he had Premature Burial, but Time Magician is once per turn (supposing it wouldn't have self-destructed). Still, no big deal, what matters is that these duels are fun
She should've not set her cards and immediately destroyed time wizard when it was summoned. Therefore it couldn't have gotten it's effect off and she'd have cleared his board next turn.

@@cdressel53191 The reason I couldnt do that was because Raigeki Break needs me to discard. I had to use Jar of Greed to gain the card and then only had the option to chain the Break AFTER i drew the card which was already too late since Time Wizard already activated its effects

This was an exciting battle! For another boss battle, how about one between the two accel synchro monster bosses of the 5Ds era, TG Halberd Cannon and Shooting Quasar Dragon

These are really fun and interesting duels for sure! I think a couple of nice F-Tier boss monsters can be Mirage Knight, Armityle the Chaos Phantasm, and Zushin the Sleeping Giant. They're from different eras (OG, GX and 5Ds respectively) but their summoning conditions and effects make them equally terrible, so even when mixing eras it should be quite fair and interesting!
Jen's plays in that first match made me super sad. she could have started with Petit moth + cocoon stopped the attacks with negate attack and had the moth growing. Also with her graceful charaity draw she could have tossed ring of destruction and petit moth and then monster reborned it and gotten it on the field that way.
Also dark sage can be summoned from the deck (one of the few cards with a deck effect)

@@pedrojose9135 Pretty sure it was in her hand also PUGM takes like 6 turns to finish doing it's thing, it's not terrible to start it early and how that in the next few turns you draw it.

An Edison era boss monster duel between Judgement Dragon and Machina Fortress would be sick to see.
In game 1, if Jen had use Raigeki break on the Dark Magician, the dark sage would not have been summoned
Sure, but it still wipes my board which 100% goes against me trying to summon my boss monster. It would have hurt ALOT more then help xD Clearing the Time wizard before it gets a chance to activate its effects was def the correct choice

I respect Jen for getting out the Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth a feat I've only done twice and yes this was post errata so no it wasn't cheating by tribute summoning it or whatever that freaking method is. XD Though only one of those was waiting the maximum number of the turns in DL using the skill "Moth to the Flame" which is still hard! The other and I suggest try this if there ever is a rematch is Insect Beatdown with Cocoon of ULTA Evolution a Quick Play that normally is used with Inzector as a sort of "mask change" to OTK in Speed Duels but I discovered recently during Duelist Kingdom Event that it can also summon out Perfectly Ultimate because of one key word "Tribute one monster equipped with a equip CARD and INGORE the SUMMONING CONDITIONS then special summon one Insect Monster from the deck." If you think that's awesome get a load of this you can do this FROM ANY SIDE OF THE FIELD! You can use DNA Surgery + Cocoon to tribute their "insect" then quickly bring out Perfectly Ultimate and kill them with a monster they never expected in a million years. XD
And again I would love to see some non-protagonist bosses who don't get love or monsters like this with crazy summoning conditions.
Well tecniclly not boss monsters but it would be intresting to Kuribo vs Winged Kuribo and see which would be the victor in the end.

Yea but my board still ends up being blown up which wouldn't make sense for the rules we imposed on this series! There was no way we try to re-set up the Moth conditions after a full board wipe xD

that raigeki break AFTER time wizard activated its effect in game 1 was brutal. also surprised she didn't a dna surgery insect barrier combo lol
felt like this was an unfair matchup overall though since dark magician is such a strong card, whereas the moths you have to stall and play defense. it's so much harder to keep it alive and stall. She drew everything she needed like 1st turn but she has to wait like 5-6 turns before she can even put it out because it's so weak

Both are big monsters with very specific special summoning requirements. It may be a lot of sit and pass, but by the time the monsters come out, it’s gonna be a great fight.
My low key favorite part of duels now is when Susu has a coin flip go bad and he knows he's in trouble

These ones are from different eras but similar to each other: Lava Golem vs Number 30: Acid Golem of Destruction. You could make it so that you must win via burn damage from the boss monster effects.
I had imagined these sorts of decks are akin to like, watching grass grow or watching paint dry. Someone wake me up when the first boss monster hits the field lol.

enjoying the boss battle a lot, so for another idea for a boss battle i was looking up dark counter parts and want them to be even in attack, and there summoning conditions are somewhat easy, but there effects start when there first summon to destroy 1 card on the field so the monsters are Dark Armed Dragon Vs Dark Voltanis
I got the Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth from the Sacred Cards Gameboy game and I loved how gorgeous that card looked.

Jen triggering me so bad not shifting petite moth into defense mode. Also should have the spell card Silent Doom in there to cast out petite moth from graceful then summon it back in defense mode to be safe

Jen actually misplayed super hard game 1. If she just took out two DMs with her monsters and activated Raigeki Break in Main Phase 2 to pop the last DM, there was absolutely no way Susu could have won under Boss Battle rules.

You have been doing old school duels where you could use pot and graceful. Let us see what you two can do with modern Amazoness decks. The boss monsters would be Amazoness Empress VS Amazoness Augusta. Augusta is stronger but a little more difficult to summon. Jen I assure you that if you pick Augusta, she won't be as difficult to summon as that Moth was. I want to see who can build a better modern Amazoness deck since I also use the deck myself

Its has to be illegal to have 3 graceful charities and pot of greed. In the anime it was one of each. There's should be a limit to some cards like dark hole, monster reborn and etc.
Oh we know xD But we test about 2-3 hours and trust me, when you see turn 73, 33 minutes for a single game. Doenst make for much content, we try to condense it and make it as EPIC as possible. Trust us sometimes we film one GAME for like 4 hours to make sure we dont waste our viewers time
@@HeadtoHeadBattles I love your videos they are wholesome, fun and entertaining but alot of mistakes. The boss monsters are the same as structure decks.I play the video games and I can summon the monsters easily. I think you should study more on old yugioh. I like the rivalry between who's better at yugioh girls or boys. I prefer to see 3 games play perfect then 100 play bad I think team aps got you beat on that.
Perhaps a showdown of weaker Exodia retrains, such as Necross or Legendary Defender, would be fun.

first duel to summon both but she could continu that first duel if i am not mistaken, at the moment of Zuzu's second try Time wizard she used Raigeki break on Time Wizard but if she did target Dark Magician he couldnt summon Dark Sage after Time Roulet from Time Wizard
Also, it would be phenomenal to make the series again but with their new and stronger version of the cards!
Wow... Poor Jen. She had about a hundred different ways to stop Susu in game 2, but the win condition was impossible if she couldn't revive her Petite Moths. She at least went out gracefully.
Still want a Ziegfried Valkyrie deck to fight a Leon Fairy-tale deck. I recently acquired a Valkyrie Brunhilde card and I think this might be the first time ever where the real-world card is STRONGER than the anime counterpart. (in the anime, Bruhilde could protect herself from two attacks by decreasing her defense by 1000 per attack, but in the TCG she can protect ALL Valkyries THE ENTIRE TURN by decreasing her defense by 1000.)

You do know that Dark Sage triggers from the deck as well? You don’t need to have him on your hand to activate his effect
Sorry to say this, but Jen was given a Kabayashi Maru deck (a no win situation), I say run the deck and duel again, but this time with the better support cards in order to take out UGM faster, because let be honest, the old ways sucks and I never run the deck the way it is now

Would love to see Blue eyes Shining vs Theinen the Great Sphinx. Similar to the movie duel. Both take alot of set up to get on the field.
How about Zushin versus The Wicked Avatar? Both bosses are dependent on your opponent and are painful to summon.
I think maybe a duel between Rex raptor and Joey would be cool. You could have the boss monsters be red eyes black skull dragon and whatever dinosaur monster would fit best for Rex.

My favorite boss monster is the Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon. I don't know what other boss monster could fight a fair dule with it though.

Jen why did you not hit the dark magician over the time wizard in game 1? Susu wouldnt have been able to summon dark sage i think. i forget if he had to use preme to bring back dark magician he would have missed timing to summon dark sage or not.
What you should try to do is an Amazon deck Vs a Grave keepers deck, to see if the Amazon tribe can reign supreme.
