Really miss watching Seppo play. Such a great attitude. He bombs the disc on amazing lines. I always wanted to see him on the lead card challenging the best players. He made the choice to stay in Finland and be a top shelf family man. Gotta respect that but we miss his energy and enthusiasm for the sport. Come to America to visit for a few tournaments every year, please. Great to see you again.
I like how Seppo is really honest about the fact that the really hardest courses are sometimes boring to watch since rarely someone throws a good shot. I guess it comes down whether we wan't to watch harder holes or people throwing well. A mix of that would be ideal of course.
I think he meant that is not fun to play courses that are very hard. That's why I dont usually play courses above my skill level because it takes all the fun out of it.
So my favorite episodes of these practice rounds is when you guys deep-dive on a topic and share your analysis/opinions on it from a pro’s perspective - just like Nate did with the foot fault topic here. I would love to see you guys experiment with a few episodes of this where you intentionally pick a topic to talk about while playing - with your guest sharing his/her opinion as well. It would feel more like a mix between a course overview and how to play it AND a podcast. Maybe just consider giving it a try for an episode or 2 and seeing what the community thinks?
Man, I really miss watching Seppo play. He's always been one of my favorite pros. Guy can SMASH a disc and he's really likeable. I hope he cones back someday
Nate, Jerm, and Seppo!!! 🥳 Dream card if you ask me. What a fun round to watch. Thanks for putting up with mosquitos guys. 😂 The fans appreciate you! 🤗
I think foot faults outside circle 2 or 3 should only be called if they're egregious. Like if it's obvious they're trying to get an advantage or something. Otherwise, what real advantage are you gaining by accidentally stepping 2 inches closer to the basket when you're like 100+ feet away?
That's my take as well. If there's no advantage especially on a 400' wide open hole then I'm not calling it, a tricky putt that your off foot gives you an advantage then I'm calling it every time
@RippedWarrior So if Nate was doing a stepping out shot and gained an advantage it was right to call it on him? From what I've heard about the rule, at least two people need to agree on the call, so maybe that means someone else on the card also thought it was an advantage?
There is a tournament in Utah heber called big glade happens every year has those trees that make the lines crazy but the course I don’t think is up all year
i had a yellow m5 i called golden boy. only disc i ever aced several times with. except from purple m4. prodigy is great, favourite manufacturer second to kastaplast. sadly i never found them again after a drunk/high solo run. i cri evrtiem. only got 1 ace after them prodigy-discs
Go buy some non-DEET insect repellant, they're widely available. (DEET degrades plastic.) Oh, and the birches. Well... Europe is so north compared to mainland USA. Most don't believe it but Canada's southernmost bits are about as south as Barcelona or Rome. New York is south of Naples. Therefore birch forests are more common in northermost states like Maine or Minnesota.
Northwood has plenty more birdie opportunities I'd say. I've played -5 at Northwood with a slipped disk in my back but never in Tampere and it is basically my home course.
My man is trying to make it believable that hole 11 isnt insane. But Big Jerm is correct. Almost everyone within the cash line of day 1 got a par or worse. Few of them trees need to be cleared for worlds. Great day 1 live coverage though. Love disc golf weekends.
4:28 Guys! There are plenty of Excellent courses highlighted by beautiful birch trees in the United States! Come DISCover them in Northern Minnesota, Northern Wisconsin and all around the Great Lakes region! ⛓️🥏😎
Hey Jomez I said this in the front 9 and will again here you should have one player from mpo and fpo like mdg media always does for all the European practice rounds. Got to give them a lot of credit for that

Miss watching him spin the decal off discs.
Love how straight-forward and confident Seppo says everything. Had me cracking up at times

45:00 Seppo don't curse on course😂
dropping that fat V bomb
Came here to say this! 😂
It's great to see Seppo Paju playing again, Awesome skills !
Nate's putt at 36:12 was so clean and the camera work framed up both sides so well. Also having Seppo for this was awesome!
COME BACK TO US SEPPO! WE MISS YOU!!!! 🥰

Jerm, don't ever be down on yourself for being happy for a friend - it speaks to your character.
Anyone else noticing Seppo's English is on point? We miss you!
He has amazing English skills for a Finn. I noticed too.
Man it’s good to see Seppo again. Feels like it’s been forever.
What a terrific vibe on the card, such a pleasure to see
I love it when they talk about their disc choices on each hole. More interesting to see how they fly when you know what they are throwing
Love the Alaska shoutout from Seppo! We’ve got plenty of courses that have a ton of birch trees!
45:00 vittu😂
Translate to English > Damn. Not quite right.
@@villehytonen7279 more like "fuck"
Even catch cam guy (josh?) is shocked about Seppo's throw at 18
Who isnt? What a way to finish.
Plenty of Birch forests around the Great Lakes. Come on up to Michigan, bud. We've got some beautiful course. Plenty of mosquitoes, too! 🤣
Finns totally preferred that area because of those mosquitoes.
Unless there from Michigan. They only know the toboggan course, which has few birch trees.
@@InspireBlue226 Yeah, gotta head north. So many Birch forests.
I love how humble Seppo is on the tee. I would've told big sexy to stop yapping when I'm on the tee 🤣
Man, I really miss watching Seppo play. He's always been one of my favorite pros. Guy can SMASH a disc and he's really likeable. I hope he cones back someday
Velvet Ant aka Cow Killer. They are actually not ants but wasps. Quite painful if ya get tagged. Since Uli’s not here for the Nature Moment.
This is the first video I have been recommended of yours i enjoy all the commentary
That shot on 18 was sick, Seppo

There's a much chiller vibe and lack of tension during this practice round. Wonder why that is?
Pure positivity.
Nate and Seppo bringing all kinds of good vibes. Guys just out there throwing discs.
QQ
There has been plenty of tension between Nate an Jerm in the past though, to be fair...

Dgn ruined this event. They want to delay Jomez coverage so that they can try to coerce people into paying for their garbage live coverage.
True, but it's the same every year
Until their coverage has the same quality as other pro sports, it's not worth it. I'll wait for the jomez
When the jomez coverage is coming out then assuming that this isnt next day coverage
@@morst4755 when the event is over.

The performance by all three of yall on 18 was really something to watch. So sick lol
What type of shoes you got on Big J? They look awesome!
Birches be crazy!
We did have those trees in CT but I believe there was a bug that was killing them.
It's your boy Seppo!

What i wanna know is when did seppo come to alaska and how did i miss that... played with nate and jerm when they were here but missed seppo!?
@jomezPro Welcome to Vesterkalmare at Aland Island at any time?

european open coverage july 29 ??!
Northwood black, on average, still scores harder than Tampere.

This course looks immaculate
Lots of Birch in the PNW.

Love Sepp
What does Snoop Dogg say when he plays disc golf in Finland?
"Sup Birches!"
3:30 he got his cap wet though...
Did you guys forget to upload 1st and 2nd round coverage? Or is it behind pay wall of some sorts
10 day delay unless you paid for pro version of DGPT/DGN coverage.☹☹☹
last hole is clearly designed after something haha
also why does nate look like a body builder in the legs and a t rex on the top lol
Now I i want to know who called the foot fault on Nate. Lol
DGN Premium content :_) This round was hella fun though, missed SEPPO
Nice
WHERE ULIBARRI?
he got stand-ins now? wtf bro
lazy
You poor guys needed some Deep Woods Off spray
Jerm, I'm disappointed in you. Play at Sunrise Lions DGC in Pocatello, ID. Birch Forest tunnel shots and more.
Fr tho, throw a backhand its literally your job.
anyone know what watch seppo is wearing?
Seiko 5 sports automatic maybe
Agree, or possibly a seiko SKX
Ho-Down!

While tough, I think -31 wins, maybe -32
Where's the coverage of round 1 and 2? Do you need to pay also for that now?
10 days later is so lame
I also believe in the "frisbee spirit. "
i think big jerm should shave his head and own it. like everyone else. bald head good. no shame in that
