From Windows Longhorn to React OS they were able to port Aero and it will be cool if they can also port it to Windows 10 and 11. If there are any experienced programmers here, please do so. Also, who likes the Aero Glass theme, please find “Bring back aero glass” in the Windows feedback centers and vote for it with the like button. Also, please, anyone who can leave feedback themselves so that Aero can be returned. The more likes and reviews there are, the more likely it is that sometime in the future such an option will be made in the new WIndows.

There exists a transformation pack named Windows 10 UX Pack (its current version is 7.0). This program allows to transform your Windows 7 and look similar to Windows 10. But the compatibility and store, I doubt that it may be possible to install... (You can go to the Microsoft Store via online, but all the programs are only compatible with Windows 10 and forward) I agree with you that Windows 7 in one the best Microsoft OSes ever created along Windows XP. I am answering you from a W7 machine.

A limitation of Windows 8.x. However, the Metro background color was changed to dark teal to be close to the background used for Windows 7 in Remote Desktop Connection sessions.

Die hard Win7 user here - for those who have done this how does it compare to Win7 as far as performance, etc? I'd like to be able to use a newer motherboard, but most don't support Win7 anymore and I can't bring myself to use Win10.
@@idogaming3532 I ended up trying this workaround with 8.1 and 10. I was impressed enough with the Win10 version to go ahead and get a new MB and Ryzen CPU, and run Win10. Big difference! Important to note that I opted to use Start11, and O&O Shutup, among other tweaks that I have found to make the GUI tolerable.
And no extended security updates, some programs do not support Windows 7, and Windows 8.1 natively supports UEFI booting and it has basic DX12 compatibility.
