Stoney really impressed me this video! as he said hes no longer a gymnast so to speak but always holds his own. and his beam was sooooo good.
Luke was upset with Ash for choosing an apparatus he never trained on, and then he chose beam himself 😅😅😅
For the next one, can you three do a full routine on each apparatus? I'd love to see you guys do an all-around performance.

Don’t think ash can do vault anymore because of his leg
I think you underestimate how physically taxing a full routine is and how much preparation it takes... You're basically asking them to prepare for competition for a video. Don't forget Ash and Nile are retired and injured, and Luke stopped doing gymnastics in his teens so I don't think this is a realistic ask.
Luke 30 points for courage & watchability, Ash 30 points for packing 20 extra pounds & enthusiam, Nile 30 points for cleanstyle & cheerfulness.

Ahhh you’re all winners in my book 😊 great content as always lads, have you ever tried any stunts with a gym ball/yoga ball haha whatever they are called 😂 I watched a gymnast belly flop onto it then a fwd flip and stick, it was amazing to watch but a tad dangerous me thinks 😂 although nowt ever seems to phase you Ash haha ❤❤❤❤
They did a video where they duct taped a stability ball to themselves and flipped around. I forget whose channel it was on

Goodness, the trampoline at the beginning reminds me of a summer camp I went when I was 12. I learned so many tricks!

I do not understand the beam results…technically Luke did every skill Ash did (multiple times)…he just did not add a new skill. It would have made more sense if Ash did it again and added a new skill Luke could not do.
he fails his attempts, so I guess it doesn't matter how much he did. And even if Ash gets second place, he will still win overall
