Video Idea: see what level you would be in women’s compulsory gymnastics. You can find guides online but if you’d be level 1 or 5! Might be hard cuz it’s women’s skills but every current young gymnast would relate so hopefully the algorithm will like it!
They just made new requirements for 2021-2029 so don’t do the old stuff (also everyone searching up how to do the new routines might come across your vid)
I think you must remember that you are some years from your competitive years. You both have had severe injuries and yet you carry on with fitness training, pushing your minds and bodies to do the best you can now! What you achieve now is pretty incredible! So much work! Thanks for the great content!
They actually used the original German phrase in the commercials in the UK in the 80ies and had a british person say the sentence in broken German. It still gets me every time...

I love Ash showing his belly. I actually started watching these videos because I saw one of Ash with Luke and Nile and thought "how is that uh [looking for the right word], more substantial man keeping up?" Wow, he doesn't keep up, he dominates!
Something that I'm getting more sense of from watching your videos, is just how hard this stuff is. When you see it in competition it's all perfect and gorgeous and looks so effortless, you have absolutely no sense of how hard that gymnast had to train to get there. Gives me a better appreciation of the sport I think.
While Nile is an Olympian, your strength is ASTOUNDING, Ash, and often your form is better. Regardless, I really enjoy watching the lot of you and your shenanigans. Lots of love from the US ❤

I’ve had a shoulder impingement for a good 5 years now. I was told it was caused by my poor posture. Who knew my hunched shoulders would suffer the same malady as elite athletes 😂🎉
i need these shoulder exercises for my gymnastics inflexibility and stupid diving injuries PLEASE RELEASE A GUIDE WITH THESE SHOULDER EXERCISES AND OTHER STUFF
My favourite game was always stick it that’s a good one to play for training your sticks and roll outs if you fall out of a skill and do it safely NOT A ROLLOUT SKILL THATS DANGEROUS I mean a shoulder roll or backwards roll in case you wobble
