Kiandra to Kosciuszko... Kind of... Part 1

Part 1 - Kiandra to Broken Dam Hut. Just after lockdown lifted for Sydney in October 2021 we headed out to walk from Kiandra to Kosciuszko in the Snowy Mountains, a 120km trip that would take us through some of Australia's most scenic alpine terrain.

unfortunately all those trees where exposed to an intense wildfire which killed them, regeneration will take decades.
