There are literally lines on the wall to guide the camera composition, but it's still tilted. My eyes are now slanted.

started gel blasting only 2 months ago with the gen 8 jm with the nylon box. Not going to name names, but when I took it to one of the retailers for upgrades, they told me to just get a j9 or a later model. Glad I stuck with my j8, after a lot of hardwork I got it to become a beast doing 280-300fps, metal fishbone, stock, buffertube, alloy tight bore barrell, metal gears, new wiring, beefier motor, shims, o-ring and when it fires, its not the pew that came out of the box, its a ROAR :D

I got the gen9 and have upgraded almost everything except the motor and gears and it served me great through falls and me dropping it. It's insanely durable and I highly recommend it for newbies and experienced players. My biggest pet peeve with the gun is its lack of a priming handle as its very loud and gives away your position, but after a couple mags is seems as if it doesn't need to be primed and shoots straight away.
Is installing an alloy barrel on the gen9 easy?

Soviet Union sorry for delay replying. Depends what you want to do, but yes if just replacing the barrel you have, 33cm should be fine. Polished ally ID or internal diameter 7.5/8mm for common gels,7/7.4 for tight bore.

I'm a fan of the JM Gen9. Good price point, decent performance and a solid build quality. Like my LM AUG, I haven't bothered to peek at its guts since I simply haven't needed to. I enjoy sleeper builds as much as the next man, but I prefer my high performance blasters to look the part. I should see both abject terror and lustful longing in the eyes of my enemies as they witness the might of a full aluminium performance build.
Honestly I've spent around 280 and I'm running about 250 fps on a gen 8. I really don't mind it considering how easy the gearbox is to uprgrade. Gotta give tac edge the credit for the good info here too 🤙
As a fellow gen 8 lover, It’s my first gun, had it for around 2 years. Had it cronographed last weekend at 272-285. I was very impressed! Highly recommend these guns!

the gen8 gearbox is good for cqb n spraying.. compare to other gearboxes.. gen8 easier to tune n durable (I guess).. lack of firing mode.. thats the disadvantages.. but u can connect to board like m4ss to have a semi mode.. but.. who need semi when u can spray the gels.. am i right?.. XD XD XD XD

The main downfall of the gen8 is actually the barrel and buffer tube attachment, ita easy to pull apart but can also be very loose

I’m a fan of the M4 carbine as they the standard military rifle chambered in 22.3 or 55.6 rounds the 22.3 rounds perform better the the 55.6 rounds they are good rifles with a good kick

I have 4 gen8m4A1's plus 2 UMP45's, a jinming MP5, a jinming 13 HK416C, next will be the v4 SAW249 and I'm still considering getting a jinming v2 SCAR. ALL run the same gearbox so ALL parts are Interchangeable. 300fps @ 20-30 rps is easily achieved using the gen8 gearbox, why pay more?

Hey Gilly, great video again, probably tone down the music, we want to hear you not the music.
If you did the metal gear, alloy compression tube and upgraded springs on the HK 416 I'd seriously look at purchasing it from you guys rather than the stupidly expensive ones from Elite. It'd also be great to see a fully internally upgraded one do a chrono and outdoor accuracy test.
my kid's m4 gen8 jinming won't shoot gels again after 2 days of playing... everything is working but there's no gels coming out.. sucks. It's harder to take apart and put together back again than a real m4. lol
could be the mag, they have a spinning gear that feeds the gels, sometimes it free spins on the pin and wont feed, try firing it upside down or try another mag

Best metal blaster on a budget want a metal rifles I can upgrade for a cheaper price one or two hundred and one or two in upgrade spending hopefully around three tops to make an awesome blaster or if I can switch for metal body and parts cuz I want it has powered not battery

@@krystelmorton8159 it depends on what range your looking for in my opinion i think m4a1 is got for 5 to 20 ft but you can try a mp7 with a upgrade
@@themagicphoneboothq4529 and btw the way i thought i saw your comment and replied to you but i didnt for upgrades it depends with your price range around 100 aud get a spring,gearbox and a aluminum barrel for 350 aud get my upgrade a slr v2 kit with metal gears a aluminum barrel spring with hard red gel balls with 4 battery's i find best because i always find that after 3 to 4 weeks after using one battery it gets week so buy some 11.1v batterys and get the ones that fit into your tube for it i hope that helped

Please don't compare a hk 416 special ops piston driven elite forces gun to a colt m4. It's like comparing sig mcx rattler modular changing of parts gun to a m4. The reason I'm joking while saying this. Is because don't ever compare the 2 fine germen companys with the best engineering to an American made gun like a m4. It's like comparing a porche to a Ford.
