Considering the sheer pain we are witnessing on our phone re: Gaza as well as the Sudan, Congo and our hearts being opened and shattered- I have learned that there are times personally my heart says to me it needs a counterbalance- meditation has helped and sometimes it just says take a break which maybe a few hours or a day or two. I can’t help if I am spinning too much. ❤

"do no harm". Live in the law of one. Speak the truth. Love and compassion. Be mindful of what you say, do and feel for these create our reality. When evil comes knocking at our door it is our duty to purify these lost souls with love and compassion. We cannot stand by and let this continue. These lost souls have no compassion and are living in a self serving matrix. This has been manufactured through mind control using hatred, fear, and trauma. It is our responsibility to act and end the cycle.

What is it to “be spiritual”? What is it to be a Sufi? What is it to be a mystic? -Separately from differences, and above all else, to Love, Love, Love. ❤

I was following Pir Zia 14 years ago when I collapsed the weary soul into sufism. I returned to advaita and yet all these years later in such very interesting times he appears on the algos. Looking forward to the experience and thank you.

So, so beautiful! I can also feel and see that Zaya’s heart is broken. (A Sufi saying is I am with those whose heart is broken’) . Wish all persons well in these times.

Thank you so much for this. I am a "Westerner," but have always been called to oneness in Spirit and interested in Sufism, looking some to Rumi and mysticism. This was very helpful in giving me more language and understanding.

Come to Islam! It can be like what Pir Zia practices and other reformed souls, don't let the others give it a bad impression.
Get up to pray fajr every morning as the sun is about to rise.
