@@JasonWardrop we are running a test these days (Ecom straight sale). $10K each funnel. (1) FB AD >> LEAD >> LP >> CHECKOUT (2) FB AD >> LP >> LEAD >> CHECKOUT. We've spent about $13K overall so far and it's interesting to see the differences in the lead quality. LP leads convert at 35% (1/3 leads will buy) FB leads convert at 3% so far. So why do we still run the test? 1. The leads on FB are 10 times cheaper 2. There might be late conversions (on every 1 lead we collect on the LP, we get 10 on FB, I guess some of those would convert in the future, so the CPA/CPL might get better) 3. And here's the interesting part. The OPEN-RATE for FB leads is almost 1/6 of the OPEN-RATE for LP leads - I guess that's because it's auto-fill and people would simply use their Facebook registration Email that no one opened for a decade ;) I wonder if you saw the same results on the funnels you were running?
In other words the add that we run in order to market the product /educational course etc should run for at least 4 months to get the desired sale, by tweaking every month the kind of product/course details) and to stay profitable in the business. Am I right?

If I have an ebook for an example, you don't think it's too agressive to sell them right away? Like soon as they thank u page? If not, can I make a great offer there with a timer you think? 24 hr... Should I not really care about selling right away since it's under 50 bucks? That has been my main concern...
The first one: I'm confused why you would utilize this entire long funnel instead of just creating an FB ad with the video that builds rapport and a sign up sheet on FB itself to get their contact info? The funnel you described sends them to 2 different pages. Doesn't that create more friction and more opportunities for them to back out?
Hello Joe, the problem with your solution is that, you will end up loosing sceptic interested customers and also busy ones and not to speak of those who will not be able or interested in viewing the video. By letting the potential customer to fill his info FIRST, even if he decides not to view your video explainer, you still have that one chance to convert him later to a customer through follow up and even if he is not interested by the actual product, he can still be interested by another one of your future products. So this dude is perfectly right: Capture info first and sell the product after.

Jason what did you find to be the minimum number of views on a home walk through video to be able to retarget effectively? As well as minimum general audience size (leads) that you would recommend using to retarget? This is considering it would be targeting a specific metropolitan area (cleveland) since we can no longer target using interests etc. Thanks for your time!

So if you have a low ticket product worth of 50 just go and sell another 2 product to make some cash wooow Such a great advice :) what if someone has only one product or service? I'm running ads for comments shares and likes i get 3 times more people engagement and sales than if i run ads for landing page. Nobody filled the form made no money the ad got no algorythm no visitors from facebook, viewing was 3 times worst.!!

do the funnel where they opt in, watch a short 12-20 min video and then schedule a call with you. $3k is a phone sale price point
