Yah I am sure Stanley could do that and surprised they haven’t honestly. I totally agree I use an era everyday since I got one. Glad to hear you love yours as well!
The bru mate has a metal straw instead of plastic, so the plastic is not sitting in your liquid all day long. Brumate comes has a metal straw with a silicone topper cause some people don’t like the metal straws, touching their lips. I don’t own either cup. Just from my research this was something that I realized. My teenage daughters have Stanley’s . One of my teenage daughters did some research and found the Brumate. I think it just comes down too if you want some thing that has a name brand on it if flexing is what you’re looking for, verses what makes the most sense.😂
We have both and brümate is miles ahead of Stanley for the leak proof lid alone. My daughter can throw our cup across the room and it won’t spill. Same with our brümate coffee mugs. I won’t go with another brand.
@@davidmathes197 I bit the bullet got the brümate, for myself and bonus daughter. (Era 40oz). Like I said our teens have Stanley’s. Hands down no comparison after using them both. My girls are so worried about scratching or denting their Stanley’s 🤦♀️ Here I am tossing my brümate in my mommy bag with zero worries. No scratching, no denting, ice cold, and NO LEAKING! They are easy to clean. I’ll give you two guesses what’s going to be in kiddos stockings this year. 😂😂 I have to laugh bc one of the girls keeps begging to trade. Nope! Don’t want the hassle with the leaky, easily scratched, and dented Stanley 😂😂😂😂 Have a good one @Davidmathes197
I love Stanley, but brümate takes the cake here. Stanley could fix this issue by releasing a mildly priced lid that doesn’t leak. I love my era.

Totally agree there are so many different kinds out there.

How long does the ice last compared to the Stanley?
Hey! That is a great question. I honestly couldn’t stand how the Stanley wasn’t leakproof and love my BruMate more so I haven’t used it.
