At 1:06 the line "When we make god the focus of our lives, everything else falls into place." is a line i hear in church or some sort of church activity or church related family activity once every 2 weeks on average. I am LDS just like Joshua Graham.
Thank you to the creator, might I add a suggestion to those of your viewers wanting a method of mindfulness. Take up a new hobby, or pick up an old one that requires hand eye coordination. Juggling, coin or orb tricks, skateboarding, something you can do anywhere and practise it little and often at first before building up. I took up the catapult/ slingshot a year ago as a pest control solution and something clicked. Target practise is something I find helps me concentrate when I've had issues with my concentration and attention span in the past. Centering yourself and focusing on one thing that you're doing is an amazing way to help increase attention span and well being, from my experience at least.
this isnt a motivational/advice idea, but have you ever thought of making x listener videos of fallout characters like Joshua, or any other characters such as benny, vulpes, etc? Its a whole untapped thing
