- I was visiting My Village SAHAURAN in 1986 some 32 yrs ago.This was my First Camcorder , New Sony 8 mm Auto focus .
This was one of the moments worth recording.

ਕਰ ਕਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਯਾਦ ਜਿੰਦੜੀਏ ਰੋਵੇਗੀਂ । ਸੱਚੀ ਯਾਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੇ ਹੰਡਿਆਇਆ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਮਾਂ ਸੀ। ਕੋਈ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਭੱਜ ਦੌੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ। ਸਿੱਧੇ ਸਾਦੇ ਲੋਕ ਸਨ, ਸਾਦੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਸੀ।
ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਉਦੋਂ ਹੀ ਹੁਣ ਤੇ ਬਸ ਜਿੰਦਾ ਲਾਸ਼ ਜਿਹੀ ਲਗਦੀ ਆ, ਸਾਦਾ ਟਾਈਮ ਚੰਗਾ ਸੀ ਆਹ ਮੌਡਰਨ ਯੁੱਗ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਮਾਸੂਮੀਅਤ ਕਿਤੇ ਖੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਲਈ

ਮੇਰਾ ਵਿਆਹ 1985 ਚ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਓਦੋਂ 2-3 ਸਬਜੀਆਂ ਬਣਦੀਆਂ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਸੀ ਵਿਆਹਾਂ ਚ ਲੋਕ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਮਿਹਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਮਾਰਦੇ
ਹੁਣ ਤਾਂ ਕੈਟਰਿੰਗ ਵਾਲੇ ਈ ਨੀ ਮੰਨਦੇ
ਅਖੇ ਜੀ ਸਾਡੇ ਤਾਂ ਮੀਨੂੰ ਚ 23 ਤਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਬਜੀ ਐ ਰੇਟ ਸਾਡਾ 1650 ਰੁਪਏ ਐ ਥੋਨੂੰ 1600 ਲਾ ਦਵਾਂਗੇ
ਇੰਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਅਕਸਰ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਸੁਣਨ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਬਰਾਤ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨੀ ਹੋਈ

Sir....it was time when VCR player reached our home...when we were playing " long da lishkara ", more than 100 neighbours were there, most of them were sitting on floor...nice childhood memories...but these days even watching movie on big plasma tv or projector screen don't thrills..there was a video parlour where we had to spend 1 rs just to see movie songs and rs 2.50 to watch a movie on a small screen tv

Really life was quite simple...in my cousin's marriage, one of our relative danced on nagina song ...his dance steps were simple but awesome...some days ago we were playing the same video when his son visited .....he after seeing the movie laughed and was surprised that his strict and angry looking father was of such jolly nature in his youth time
