Delicious Simple Steamed Tofu | It’s Better Than Fried & More Healthy

    Delicious simple steamed tofu so quick and easy to do, healthy and nutritious as well. Don’t always need to deep tofu to be tasty.
    Ingredients
    4 pieces white tofu
    White part of scallion
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 soaked dried mushroom
    Some shredded carrot
    Some minced ginger
    Sauce ingredients
    1.5 tbsp Oyster sauce
    1 tbsp Soya sauce
    1 tsp dark soy sauce
    1/4 tsp Mushroom granules
    1 tsp Sugar
    2 tsp Chillie sauce
    1/2 tsp Cornflour
    Water

    I love steamed tofu. Thanks for sharing. I also do something like yours but I stuffed mine with ground pork and my sauce topping is fermented soy bean paste instead of oyster sauce.

    What’s the alternative for mushroom? I don’t know where to buy in our local market?

      Maybe you can opt for fresh mushroom if no dried ones or bean sprouts. Its your choice.
