I am a descendant of Reverend Willaim Murray (Penicuik) New Zealand and descendant to Dean Families pioneer era New Zealand, NSW, QLD... I cried with tears happily looking at this lovely music.
This song was originally titled "The Carol of the Drum", written by Katherine Davis, a college music teacher and composer, in 1941.The song wasn't popular until about 1959. Mrs.Davis passed on in 1980. I learned this from another TH-cam video. " The Story Behind 'Little Drummer Boy'". I think I like the original title better.
Brings back many memories of my pipe band playing days. I have mostly Celtic and Gaelic blood. Last time I played my pipes was for my maternal grandmother, who was from Edinburgh, Scotland, at her funeral. We were very close. I sure do miss her.
I had to listen to this 3 times because I am so amazed at the choir !!!!’ They blend as professionals with the bagpipes! You young ladies and gentlemen are outstanding! I have heard the International Tatoo in Nova Scotia many times on TH-cam and saw them years ago and you two are as good as a Scottish bagpipe band .. please keep your talent going young Angels…. All of you are so talented and lucky to be so talented! I wish you all could have been on America’s Got Talent because you would get the golden buzzer. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👏👏👏👏👏
WOW! How wonderful was that! I loved it! A great group of children boys and girls singing and praising baby Jesus Christ to honor Him around the world! And drums too! You all awesome! From USA Arizona Peace and Joy ♥️to you .
I was 25 years in the Army. I finished as the Bugle Major of the Band , Bugles, Pipes and Drums. Well done to each of you! I genuinely pray that the words have touched your hearts and that you seek Christ as your Saviour 🙏✝️❤️
Ten million applause for this choir singing my Favourite Christmas song, another million for those bagpipes and OMG the piper played Brilliantly!!!! Not leaving out the young man on the drum here's more for him.... Watching this last year brought a tear to my eye ... Watching and hearing again this year, another tear only more so.... I hope I'm still around to shed more tears when I watch it again next year. Those who disliked are, as Stuart O'Neill has commented earlier are "heartless", I pray for them because... They know not what they do!
Wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Es ist/war damals eines der Lieblingslieder meines Vaters, haben wir jedes Jahr gemeinsam gesungen. Danke dieser Darbietung.
Here I am another year and listening to them again. God bless them. I hope they are all doing awesome and looking back on this as the grow and see what they have accomplished. 12/8/22. 🎄🎄
I love this. My very favorite Christmas song. The fact that 622 people down voted this blows my mind. This song is meant for children to sing and the bagpipe!
What a beautiful rendition of this hymn sung by this beautiful choir. The snare drum and bagpipes added perfectly to the hymn. God Bless and Merry Christmas to everybody from this American great grandmum
I agree. The mire magnitude of assembling all these children to sing this song is incredible. I didn't think it was going to be all that great: Wrong..it made me teary eyed, too. Thumb's UP. Thanks.

The testimony of even the youngest does not go unnoticed by God. Even if you offer a glass of water to someone....

No accounting for taste
