Yes ofcourse they will check each and every thing in detail and they will put u on temporary unfit basis of they found that it's recoverable

Sorry for the late reply, see it depends how much deviation you have in your nose , but if you can breathe properly you would be fine , they let you have some amount of deviation it's only problematic if it's like 90% blocked something like in my case.

Only the NABH/NABL stamp, but when the document would be forwarded to DGCA , they would check both
