Ameripolish SR2 is much better, it’s an oil base stain guard, but it penetrates into the concrete. You’ll need to have a microfiber and a pump sprayer you set aside specifically for applying it

@@russellchampagne3830 Thank you Russell..I have known about Ameripolish but never used it...We tend to use Fila Mp90 Eco plus...Being oil based does it change the colour too much as a lot of oil based systems darken the concrete.....Cheers for getting back to me though....I have been on the quest for the perfect sealer for our concrete overlays and floors since 1995...
