You can notice here they are wearing the same outfits they wore while performing Dionysus, which was live. All the solos were great but Jimin's dance definitely stole my heart and I think a freaking lot of people's heart too. Did you guys know that after his solo stage Jimin trended worldwide for hours after the MMA. He's that captivating. The way he conveys the emotions is so unique. Like I use to say, many people can dance but convey specific emotions through a dance an touch people's heart is a gift. And Jimin does that like nobody I've ever seen. What amazes me more is Jimin can nail any type of dance from soft to hardcore, from ballet to hip-hop. He's a whole package and his flexibility is impressive. No wonder why he's the one who caught my attention the most when I first watched BTS. His breathtaking dance is what literally got me into BTS and I'm not regretting. Honestly, I've never seen such a talented and versatile dancer as Jimin.
True. Sure, there are dancers that are better than Jimin in hip hop as well as contemporary, but I’ve never seen anyone convey emotion the way Jimin does. He stands out in every performance and always gives a little extra and adapts choreos to his own style. Add that to that Jimin didn’t learn dance that many years, he had to spend a lot of his time on learning to dance, act, be professional during interviews, speak Japanese and English and that he’s the person all the members rely on emotionally. His talent is incredible. If didn’t become a idol and spent all his time on learning dance he could’ve been an outstanding professional dancer.
and the fact that he performed live. There was LITERALLY no room for mistake and performing with a large cloth which dancers consider, one the toughest thing to do!

As a ballerina and contemporary dancer, I can attest to the first comment. Jimin has such a strong foundation in dancing that even a non-dancer can see the meticulous techniques he executes. It's just so enjoyable to watch him perform contemporary, he's really born for it. I just hope that BigHit gives him more avenues to showcase his amazing talent in contemporary

I feel so lucky that Jimin decided to join BTS. His dance inspired me to start contemporary dance in college. And I've seen Martha Graham's dance company's performances, and I still think Jimin outdances everyone there. He's even better than professionals, even though he may not have had the chance to learn more professional techniques. He has an aura that only belongs to him. Hoseok is also a natural dancer, by the way, but Jimin dances like an angel.
Detailed perfection - I've noticed Jimin always makes sure his performance area is clear, but not always controllable on stage. At 2:17 - sees red flower on floor; 2:32 sweeps it with scarf (but it's still in the space); 2:39 - possibly spots it again; 2:49 finally removes from dance area with foot just before his perfect & exquisite butterfly kick. (who does that with a long scarf draped over shoulders?? The red flower (no doubt from a loving fan) could have had bad results if he'd landed on it. These are the kinds of details Jimin (& all BTS) that make them special.

Jimin’s dancing is insane. For me is Jimin the best dancer of them all, the best in the industry and one of the best in the world. He has powerful, quick, sharp, well-defined, prominent moves, is incredibly flexible, so smooth, fluid like a snake, so expressive, shows the emotions of the songs with his entire body with such details in every move. He is so captivating and dances his heart out, really obvious here in Fake Love. He is making their tougher and more challenging dance moves look so easy. You’ll see this in songs that do him justice. His duality from being a somewhat ”quiet” guy a regular day in life to this self-confident performer on stage is astounding. He is a pro and a performer in a league of his own. He has the prettiest most unique voice, which is also so versatile in different kind of songs. He has both this sensuel voice, sometimes feminine but can also sing with such power and like growl. He has the sweetest, most wonderful cool personality and is both crazy cute and sexy at the same time. He has great fashion style too. You don’t need to agree, everything is subjective. It doesn’t matter though what title the members got in the beginning at their debute, main dancer or not. We all know that J-hope was considered the best dancer when they were trainees and in their first years 2013-2014. He is still amazing and a great coach who work as a choreographer for BTS as well. Jk is outstanding as well. There is something called developement, the more you practice the better you’ll get. All members have been practicing dancing almost everyday for years, and ofc all members have developed their dancing skills. But it’s individual how good you’ll ever be able to get. What has happened with Jimin is that he’s become the most brilliant dancer. I wanna add this: Remember that Jimin was a head, an absolute top student at Busan Highschool of Art in modern/contemporary dance. He was legendary and their pride. The teachers and fellow students took for granted that he’d go to the U.S. or overseas to have an international career, caus’ he was that good. Even though it was one of his teachers who suggested he should go on audition since he was so talented in dancing and singing. Everyone got shocked when he quit to be in BTS. They tried to make him changed his mind telling him that he’d make a mistake, but he packed his bag and moved to Seoul alone 16 years old. The dancing of BTS was very different than he’d done before, but he was a really great dancer from the beginning if u look back. He is the member who got into BTS last. Luckily he had the dancing inside him. The members have said that Jimin was the most hardworking of them all, almost a perfectionist, sometimes putting too much pressure on himself. Look at him today and from like 2016. His power, fluidity, smoothness, flexibility, flawless lines. As a ballerina and contemporary dancer, I can attest to the first comment. Jimin has such a strong foundation in dancing that even a non-dancer can see the meticulous techniques he executes. It's just so enjoyable to watch him perform contemporary, he's really born for it. I just hope that BigHit gives him more avenues to showcase his amazing talent in contemporary

I feel so lucky that Jimin decided to join BTS. His dance inspired me to start contemporary dance in college. And I've seen Martha Graham's dance company's performances, and I still think Jimin outdances everyone there. He's even better than professionals, even though he may not have had the chance to learn more professional techniques. He has an aura that only belongs to him. Hoseok is also a natural dancer, by the way, but Jimin dances like an angel.

Detailed perfection - I've noticed Jimin always makes sure his performance area is clear, but not always controllable on stage. At 2:17 - sees red flower on floor; 2:32 sweeps it with scarf (but it's still in the space); 2:39 - possibly spots it again; 2:49 finally removes from dance area with foot just before his perfect & exquisite butterfly kick. (who does that with a long scarf draped over shoulders?? The red flower (no doubt from a loving fan) could have had bad results if he'd landed on it. These are the kinds of details Jimin (& all BTS) that make them special.

Jimin’s dancing is insane. For me is Jimin the best dancer of them all, the best in the industry and one of the best in the world. He has powerful, quick, sharp, well-defined, prominent moves, is incredibly flexible, so smooth, fluid like a snake, so expressive, shows the emotions of the songs with his entire body with such details in every move. He is so captivating and dances his heart out, really obvious here in Fake Love. He is making their tougher and more challenging dance moves look so easy. You’ll see this in songs that do him justice.
His duality from being a somewhat ”quiet” guy a regular day in life to this self-confident performer on stage is astounding. He is a pro and a performer in a league of his own. He has the prettiest most unique voice, which is also so versatile in different kind of songs. He has both this sensuel voice, sometimes feminine but can also sing with such power and like growl. He has the sweetest, most wonderful cool personality and is both crazy cute and sexy at the same time. He has great fashion style too.
You don’t need to agree, everything is subjective. It doesn’t matter though what title the members got in the beginning at their debute, main dancer or not. We all know that J-hope was considered the best dancer when they were trainees and in their first years 2013-2014. He is still amazing and a great coach who work as a choreographer for BTS as well. Jk is outstanding as well.
There is something called developement, the more you practice the better you’ll get. All members have been practicing dancing almost everyday for years, and ofc all members have developed their dancing skills. But it’s individual how good you’ll ever be able to get. What has happened with Jimin is that he’s become the most brilliant dancer.
I wanna add this: Remember that Jimin was a head, an absolute top student at Busan Highschool of Art in modern/contemporary dance. He was legendary and their pride. The teachers and fellow students took for granted that he’d go to the U.S. or overseas to have an international career, caus’ he was that good. Even though it was one of his teachers who suggested he should go on audition since he was so talented in dancing and singing. Everyone got shocked when he quit to be in BTS. They tried to make him changed his mind telling him that he’d make a mistake, but he packed his bag and moved to Seoul alone 16 years old.
The dancing of BTS was very different than he’d done before, but he was a really great dancer from the beginning if u look back. He is the member who got into BTS last. Luckily he had the dancing inside him. The members have said that Jimin was the most hardworking of them all, almost a perfectionist, sometimes putting too much pressure on himself. Look at him today and from like 2016. His power, fluidity, smoothness, flexibility, flawless lines. There are really great dancers in the K-pop industry, but for me is Jimin the most impressive mesmerizing dancer. One of the best, if not the best in the industry. His brilliant WIDE RANGE in dancing from ballet to hiphop is astounding. One of the best, if not the best dancer in the world.

As a dancer myself, I don’t think general people understand the strength and control Jimin has, even compared to the other pro modern/ballet dancers. His lines are flawless, and look at his toes and airtime in his jumps, which takes years of hard training to ever attain. He is on a whole other level.

Btw, I’m flexible but his flexibility is amazing. In this powerful Fake Love dance he quickly gets down in this ”half split” and raises to standing in a second which proves his incredible strength and technique. There are people who can do a similiar split but far from all are able to get up this fast as Jimin does. It’s only gymnasts and such. As he wanted to tell his younger self: ”Hey Jimin, u very nice” keep going!
