I’m a 40 yr old single mother of 1 girl aged 13. In my personal life I find myself putting me last a lot. Since watching your videos I stay consistent with working out and staying healthy. I have a great career and love what I do. Being a mom is hard, very hard especially doing it alone. I respect your view on why you choose not to become a mother.

I was doing AMAZING with my glow up journey and I just fell out. I stopped going to the gym, stopped working on my gut health, etc. it’s been hard to come up again but June will be the month where I’m coming up again with my glow up journey, I love you Jaz, you mean so much to me ❤

Loved the video, I dont follow the ideaology that "hard work pays off" because ive seen too many hardworking people still living in lack. Feminine energy isnt work, its allowing. the plug has to work to enter the outlet, the outlet does not work, its just being open. Testosterone peaks every day at the same time for masculine energy so "work" is natural for them but feminine energy is not the same, not at its peak when effort is applied. Its alignment and allowance energy, state of being ❤

That question about feeling invisible is soo felt. Changing the environment and looking like the people in that environment. So sad but the world is shallow. Losing just 20 pounds has gotten people to speak to me more when people Never noticed me. Guys actually hold the door for me now smh. I have more weight to go and Im trying to find my environment as Jaz said

Love this! I’m also (happily) in a long distance relationship with a guy I know is the one. Just got back from flying to see him in Chicago! I’m like you - I don’t mind long distance. He’s in school to become a DNP. I’m in school to get my PhD (going into my 5th year - eek!). Long distance helps us to focus on school and then connect when we can actually pay attention and fully be there for each other. LDRs have their unique struggles, but it’s really not as bad as some people say. I enjoy the independence.
Also, I love you saying “I’m pretty” and “I’m smart” with your full chest. I still struggle with that sometimes, but like dang, it’s just saying the truth 🤷♀️
I'll be 35 in a month & 3 days to be exact. July 3rd. I'm a 4th of July baby. Born in 1989. I have this fear of growing older. Mostly because I did nothing but STUPID, FOOLISH stuff during ALL my 20's & starting in my 30's I started fixing my life & I've come a long way. But I will go on my favorite TH-camr's channels (like yours 🥰 because I absolutely adore you & wish we could be friends outside social media. We'd make great friends) & I see how you live & how you travel, you're stunning & extremely smart & how you just have your shit together & you are 27!?! I feel like I just messed up my 20's altogether & that REALLY bums me out.. Even now, almost 5 years into my 30's I'll sit back & I'll actually cry because I feel I missed so much & had to basically start from scratch at age 30. So that really makes me sad 💔😪💔 Idk I guess I just feel like I have made it so I've had a LATE start in my life & it sucks it really really sucks. I cannot get those years back... 😪 I personally do not want kids either. I never did want to get married but as I grow older I think about it. It's just with this generation, it's soooo hard to find an actual MAN & not a broken, miserable ass hole that will just break my heart. So at this point I've been single for almost 4 years or more & I just wonder if I'll ever find someone..

I just turned 38 a few days ago and felt stuck in the sorrows of what I don’t have that I desired to have at this point. I want to be a mom so bad I can taste it but I’m nowhere near that being my reality. And it’s been super hard. I had to zoom out and look at all of my life and remind myself that I live a very privileged life. Fantastic career and income, loving family and friends, I have my health, I’m attractive, etc. Ive decided to shift my perspective, let myself try new things this summer, come up with a new look, and work on my limiting beliefs. Great video!
