- I know, I know. You've been dying to learn "How to Play" Mario, but this new series is essentially the same brand of humor but with commentary instead of on-screen text as seen in How to Play 101. This style is simply more fun for me to make and it allows me to get even more creative with it in the future. Feel free to tell me who you want to see a Beginner's Guide for next in the comments below!

Honestly, this is a pretty great progression of the "How To Play" series. You've gotten really good at commentary and this scratches that same montage itch. Loved it!

Part of me thinks that's just him being a bit selfish. I don't hate alpha at all, I'm still subbed to him and watch his content. But I feel like when there is a good idea he has going for him, he doesn't give it second chances :(
I’m really disappointed that this didn’t get as many views as it should’ve. This is by far my favorite of Alpharad’s videos, and I would’ve loved to see more of its kind. This video single handedly inspired me to start playing smash 4, and I even main Mario because of it. I’ve been a long time fan of Alpha, and I would love to see this style done with another character like Cloud.

what a classic, a relic of simpler times
I like the commentary as it gives a more personal feel to it, but I also miss the comedic feel of the sound effects such as the airhorns and the hitmarkers. I loved everything else about it tho, and look forward to seeing more of this.
Perfectly explained the pros and cons in a short, simple manner. ^^ Really hope Alpha sees this and considers it for the future episodes.

man marios forward aerial strike is so good, and his downward throw can combo too into his upwards punch
Mario’s forward aerial is one of the most satisfying spikes in Smash 4, could also be because Smash 4 had really good and crunchy sound effects whenever you hit someone

Also this is a one year old comment (i think a quote from the video) and this game is essentially irrelevant now because almost all other smash games have something to go back to in terms of competition and online play, mechanics etc., this game doesn't have much a following nowadays since it's not the newest one

Alpha rad, please do more of this series. It's a great addition to the channel and is like an extended How to Play. Some early suggestions for vids are; cloud, captain falcon, fox( the try hard), and pikachu just to have a Pokémon in there. And who knows, maybe this will cause your channel some larger exponential growth in the future, but we never know. Just please give it another shot.
