The Tenor Guitar is a Tenor Banjo neck on a Guitar body, & the reason they exist is because during the transition period from Banjo to Guitar, Banjoists wanted to switch to Guitar so that they'd keep on playing. Paramount made them, & alot of companies make them because they're more popular these days

Probably young master Seth has had the most to do with its resurgence in popularity amongst folkies.

That one is a tanglewood. The main one is an Oddy. Both Martin copies.
