As a site based in the USA, the job leads I share are specifically targeting those living in North America.
The companies in this post theworkathomewife.com/worldwide-work-at-home-opportunities/ do hire internationally. Best of luck!

Angie, are there any jobs that a teacher can do with an associate degree with a TESOL certification I am already working for a online ESL company and work for Cambly a couple hours a night to supplement but feel like I am caught because I don't have a bachelor's degree. I have been looking for online scoring jobs and anything in my field or customer service i used to work call center some years back. What do you suggest ?

Check out this list theworkathomewife.com/teach-english-online/. A few that popped out may be Voxy and Continuum Education Services. They may be a few others if you read through the descriptions.

Ms. Mswebcam31, how I could earn a TESOL CERTIFICATION if I am outside the USA.

I'm not sure about Cambly, Erick. Hopefully, mswebcam will check back. I do believe Palfish and NiceTalk allow you to tutor with just your smartphone.

Which do you prefer, Being an Employee or an Independent contractor? I’m having a hard time deciding. I don’t need benefits, I prefer to choose my own hours. But I want stability. I’ve been looking for an at home job for awhile and it’s hard. I can’t imagine myself having to do this over & over.

I prefer IC, Nurse Vee. My main objectives for working from home were flexibility and freedom. In most cases, you give up some of that when taking an employee position. Not always, but often. There are some more ups and downs involved, but it's always a good idea to have several eggs in your basket regardless of whether you are taking an employee or contractor position.

Angie, do these companies ask for soc sec numbers online?

Hi, JC. Yes. In most cases, you will have to provide a social security number for tax purposes. Companies are required to report that income. If working as an independent contractor, you can apply for an Employee Identification Number, or EIN, with the IRS. You can then give that number out to those companies instead of your SSN.
