Thank you so much for making this video. I am the spouse/caregiver of an intended LVAD recipient. I am 72, and he is 74. Married for 54 years, this year, and I was feeling a little overwhelmed before listening to your video. I am praying to be able to get through all of this and get to a point where we can both be content again and once again enjoy life. Sitting on our back porch listening to a little music, birds in the trees, and just good loving conversation. It is very stressful for both of us right now. My husband is a Viet Nam Veteran, with a lot of anger that this is happening to him. Life has become very stressful, and hard to keep a comfortable and good conversation with him. Watching your video has helped me a lot being his caregiver. I just hope I can do all that I need to do to help him physically, and emotionally. I will continue to follow you, and definitely keep you in my daily prayers. God Bless you! You have a beautiful attitude and an awesome acceptance of your life. May God continue to keep you in peace.
Elaine, thanks so much for the positive feedback. Also thanks for the prayers and I will pray for you and your husband as well. Wishing you both well going forward on your LVAD journey. Keep that positive spirit and it will take you a long way. :)
John it is wonderful to see you looking and feeling so well! So glad you have traveled and spent time doing the things you love. Thank you for doing this video and being an inspiration to many advanced heart failure patients! Be well!

Yes, it was. Thank you!
Great encouragement to new LVAD-ers. Hopefully one day you can come over to Europe and see some of our old castles!
Thanks Alison! Maybe one day I can visit Europe to see some. :)
