This was one of the very few times I have heard Pauly make the call the put a horse down. I could tell how angry he was to have to throw away a horse like that, but he didn't want to put the horse through so much pain just to have to put him down 6 months from now anyway. Thank you, Pauly, for being such a pro at your job. You do great work. You're also pretty lucky to have Nate in your lives. I swear that man can fix anything. And he loves doing it, too. He's one of those guys who needs to take things apart and put them back together, just because. That's a wonderful quality. Thank you to your entire crew, doing whatever needs to be done without complaint. You're a credit to rescuers everywhere. Keep up the good work and don't listen to the haters who tell you that you should do things differently. They are not there, their boots are not on the ground, and they are talking out of the sides of their necks about things they know nothing about. Rock on Pony Tales!!!
Cindy is there anything that ur husband Nate does not, could not, or would not do?? He is truly a Superman!! They don't make too many of those anymore!! 😂 Y'all are all doing soo great!!
Yeah, yeah I liked the tractor stuff. I vaguely remember that there was a huge International Harvester plant nearby, and once they moved out it left enough room for one of the largest strip malls I've ever seen, probably close to a mile long, and behind that some newer factory buildings.
Staring into the eyes of a prey animal, as the horse is , can cause fear. Take more time and always look at the feet...move the feet and do not eyeball them ✌️❤️
Not enough money at all I mean every time he gets one of these horses that gives him some trouble. I think it’s gonna kick him in the face or the chest or break a leg or whatever no barriers need to be paid a lot more.
Definitely Horse Plus Humane Society also show that, while they have the ability to save dozens of horses almost every time they go to an auction, because they are able to buy so many and especially with the condition of the horses, it ain't uncommon for them to not even put a horse through transport back to the sanctuary as it would be just too much for them.
Paulie is such a a great farrier to not only provide services and advice but to assist with difficult animals. Many would not, it's dangerous and harder work but so needed for these horses that previous owners failed. Thank you, Paulie for always going above and beyond, you're a credit to your profession.
I love seeing the tractors and the work needed behind the scenes as it were to run the rescue. Paulie is a great farrier and love seeing him, he's very knowledgeable
One of the main reasons I love watching your videos is that you show all aspects of running your rescue ... from cutting hay and fixing the tractors to rescuing, training, doctoring and shoeing the horses. BTW Pauly is an amazing farrier and I your vet is incredible.
What I appreciate about your videos is that you don’t just show all the “everything is perfect” things that go into running a rescue. And it’s mostly just you ladies doing things with the horses! I love that you don’t rely on the guys to do things, all the ladies get in there and just get it done! I love it! It’s very inspirational! Thank you for showing how tuff it can sometimes be. ❤️❤️
I’ll never forget my 1st images of you all walking ponies through your husbands shop. . . Bittersweet memories. 😊❤️ You’ve come so far in such a short time. Success, Wins, Hard Work, More Wins, Ultimate Success. Great Team, Good People, More Success. Wins all over the place. 😊❤
I like tractor stuff. Reminds me of my Granddad working his farm. I"m a city girl and I am where I am, because of how hard my grandparents worked their farm and also served our country. I respect them and I am proud of them! Love those tractors!!
The shear determination of Paulie and your staff is OFF the charts!! I don’t know how y’all do what you do. Wowsers!!! Love you guys!! Thank you for always doing what’s best for these amazing souls!! 💛🧡
I have to admit your Ferrier is amazing. He always goes above and beyond with every horse he treats for y’all. Y’all are very lucky to have him where to go Paulie you’re a godsend to this organization
Im glad theres people like you helping horses I love them, but I could never, I'm too sensitive, and you must have a strength to recognize when the animal is to far gone and keeping them alive would be selfish You are all so strong that you pull through it all, even when the worst outcome is imminent, so beautiful
Thanks for another great episode!!! 🖒 So sorry you had to help that presious angel cross the Rainbow Bridge!!!! 🌈😭 It just breaks my heart this baby paid with his life because some scumbag didn't take proper care of him!!! 💔🐎 He did not deserve to die!!! 😔💔 Blessings to you for what you do!!! 🙏💕
If you need donations for the tractor, then you need to ask. It's a part of Pony Tails & helps you save money on hay, alfalfa, & even straw if you have that around. Plus much more. Does that grass cutter neex new parts? It looks like the blades are rusting off. 🐎😺😺
Thank you for thinking of that. We do not ask for donations for the tractors and such as they belong to Nate and he enjoys working on them. Not so much when something breaks out in the field, but otherwise he enjoys fixing them up. :-)
Sorry, I LOVE watching supportive, knowledgeable, and skilled men work!!!!! Gives me hope 😊 Those tractors and vehicles Make That Rescue Function and RUN!!! 😊😊😊😊❤
I don’t see a nerd. I see a god man. Plain as day. I bet you could do a spin off watching Nate fix stuff and cut hay!!! I loved seeing him troubleshoot when that tractor wheel busted. When I saw him dig out the aground and put that bar across to put that jack. I was hooked. I thought that was so cool! It was clear life experience that guided his hand. Wish to see more of him doing stuff around the compound. Best wishes to you all. Love seeing you care for those beautiful creatures that deserve support and care.
U r not a nerd,u remind me of my late husband, always painting ,fixing things and bringing home stuff that u might need lol,I love u guys, saw u on TH-cam and watching night and day love u guys, continue the great work
A tractor is a must if you have a farm. Knowing to work and repair them is a great talent. My dad had one that lasted all my life and still runs with another owner. Older but reliable. Don’t ever think that you’re a geek because you know how to tinker with them and make them work. You’re intelligent and know how to do that and there are fewer people out there that do.👍
I love the tractor stuff. It's cool and they're so repairable and steampunk. As for poor Pauly, man that guy is such a champion. It's a whole lot of hard work being a farrier let alone with so many rescues. And damn he was hot but unfortunately for him, not in a good way.
Hopefully you will get some nice gentle rain and some cooler weather!! This summer has been brutal for all of us.🥵🌧 Love watching your videos with all of you! "hugs"
Pony Tales has become a favorite. The trail ride you put on was amazing. I would have loved to participate in something like that. You were well organized, and it seemed you had an excellent turn out. You women work hard together, I am impressed with your organization. God bless you all, stay safe, and take care of yourself too.
Monica is so funny. First she is seeming to say, “My feet are rooted to the ground; it’s obvious that I can’t get in the trailer.” The later attempt at loading and she gets halfway in and looks back like she is saying, “I don’t fit. Can’t you see that!”
I love your blog, watch it all the time!! I have been a horse owner for 56yrs, and am still learning from your experience with this rescue, the vet, farrier, chiropractor, and all that, keep up the good work and keep the videos coming, have a great new year!! Lyn 75.
what a wonderful team you have they are gentle and caring and pauly is is absolutely the best and the vets are excellent with the problems they are faced with keep up the good work cheers Di kirkwood from australia
Damn, what a workout on a hot day Figwit wanted you to do xD The whole time I was like: Ouch the hands! without gloves that must burn. we had a mule at our barn once, but the owner needed to give him away again because he was too much work for them. They really can put you in your place, these little bullheads
I sometimes volunteer at a local rescue, so of course I adore this show. Here, as in real life, I'm constantly reminded of just how much havoc is created when people fail to train in the most basic ground manners - tying, trailering, standing for the farrier, and so on. These poor horses are very hard to help, even if they're lucky enough to get an owner upgrade.
Wow falcon is a beauty. He’s the hottest color but I like horses with a lot of color. He’s beautiful. I’m happy for her that she’s adopting him and happy for him that she’s adopting him.
I think you are the most amazing barrier I have ever seen. I've watched you on year several times I've commented several times You are so gentle and so caring with everyone of those awkward animals you get kicked bitten stamps and you still keep going back for more. I love you and I think you are a really amazing. Gentleman Sarah from England love you all always
I would like to thank you for something different from being so wonderful and helping horses. I want to thank you for showing how safe the tractor was being hoisted by not using jakes alone but actually supporting the frame with solid wood blocks! To may people die unnecessarily from not supporting autos or machinery properly. It's so nice to see work being done when they do. Thank you.
I used to put the putty on the dents when we were fixing up the cars back when I was a teenager. Dad taught me how to do that and smooth it out and sand it back before the primer went on.
Olá a todos, que maravilha de vídeo, mais eu to com um arrepio na espinha de ver a técnica deste ferreiro ao pegar os pé destes cavalos lindos. Parabéns para vocês pelo trabalho que fazem com estes cavalos lindos. 🙋♂️🇧🇷🐎
Great reflexes are a real asset if you want to be a Ferrier. Clearly an essential foundation skill. I salute you. 🐎 No this is not sarcasm. Don't be negative. Just in case anyone read this that, way.
That is an awesome looking tracker. It's going to be beautiful when he's done with it! He should be so proud! He needs some help though, it looks really heavy. I used to love watching my father and his friends and my brother work on old cars. They used to make a party out of it! I miss those days! Thank you for the video!
Paulie for Farrier of the Year!! 💗🏆 And I'll tell ya, sometimes ya'll scare the you-know-what out of me with some of those horses! But tysm for being up there "dedicatin'"! Stay safe up there ladies & Nate, and thanx for all it! 💗🏆💗
Thank you and Brenda for all the videos! I do enjoy the pulls as well. They really show how well your horses are trained compared to most of the other competitors horses.
You guys had a couple of good trainers leave. Sorry to see that happen tho also watching Ray work the horses she also is another good one. Whew that was a close one for Pauly
I love seeing the good the bad and the ugly you show us all sides i love your uploads and all the people who work so hard. So very well done as every animal gets the best from the best. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
Oh I love seeing the tractors I live on a farm and we have a 1947 tractor that my great great grandfather had left here on the farm mint condition. I also love farm life I also love horses so if someone happens to be negative about a attractor they haven’t lived a farm life. Love your channel. I love what you guys do.

The tractor stuff just shows the jobs that support the Rescue and what a great supporter Nate is of Cindy and Pony Tales.
Yeah, yeah I liked the tractor stuff. I vaguely remember that there was a huge International Harvester plant nearby, and once they moved out it left enough room for one of the largest strip malls I've ever seen, probably close to a mile long, and behind that some newer factory buildings.
Paulie reads horses like I do, by the eyes. : ) PLEASE train anyone interested to be just like you, with the knowledge and caring you have.
Staring into the eyes of a prey animal, as the horse is , can cause fear. Take more time and always look at the feet...move the feet and do not eyeball them ✌️❤️
@@debbief2274 I don't stare into their eyes, I just observe them while in contact with people, pets, places.
what ever you are paying the farrier; it's not enough.
💯
😂😂😂😂
That's his job.
@@Krookavan Clearly from someone who has never tried to work on sore horses before.
Not enough money at all I mean every time he gets one of these horses that gives him some trouble. I think it’s gonna kick him in the face or the chest or break a leg or whatever no barriers need to be paid a lot more.
It's not all butterflies and rainbows. Thanks for all you do.

Everyone should be intetested in this tractor restoration as it a lesson in history. Beautiful machine.
We should all be so lucky to have a nerdy Nate in our lives!

Thank you for being such a long time follower and supporter! We couldn't do what we do without people like you
Paulie is amazing. He definitely goes the extra mile for these horses.
Monica standing fully still and just turning her head to look at everyone every so often was so funny. Horses are such weirdos sometimes XD
I love tractors! I was raised on farm and ranch in Texas. Nate is like the men in my family, self-contained.
Omg Paulie! What a perseverant man
I like tractor stuff. Reminds me of my Granddad working his farm. I"m a city girl and I am where I am, because of how hard my grandparents worked their farm and also served our country. I respect them and I am proud of them! Love those tractors!!
Me, too!!
Great video!! Pauly is gold! Kylee is gold! And Nate has cool tractors!!
He's so fun to watch do the shoes, and I learned so much just listening to him. Really loved that.
