The hardest thing I've ever done

Today I'm talking about the hardest thing I've ever done, and I am still doing.
In 2017 I started taking anti-depressants and in May 2024 I finally began going off of them. This video is talking about my experience on the medication, and after the fact. This is not a guide, as everyone is different, but I hope my experiences can help at least one person out there :)
