- Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel. I'm happy to share episode 9 of my solo female backpacking Southeast Asia series. This is also the final Vietnam episode, as in the next one I went to Cambodia, another country I hadn't visited before! In this episode we said goodbye to Saigon and visited the Mekong Delta area in southern Vietnam. This area is known for it's rivers and canals and the main mode of transport is by boat. I visited some sites in the area on a day trip from Saigon, but we also spent a night in the small town of Chau Doc. We hopped on motorbikes and explored a pagoda and watched the sunset at the sacred Sam mountain.

Thank you for your kind comment! I don’t think it’s too late to travel, sometimes you just have to adapt how you travel as you get older, but still possible! I’m doing well, but at that time I was on a group tour and was getting impacted by the group dynamics on the tour that I didn’t enjoy. A new video is coming soon 🥰 Take care
