This hurricane was predicted over a week ago and these ppl saw what it did to Caribbean countries. Why sit back and wait until the last minute to prepare? Yes sandbag shortages is crazy but had ppl started preparing earlier, this would be apparent and would have been replenished. Ppl have to take responsibility for being cavalier about a monster storm.
