I remember Scooby videos from like 2009 or something about just lowering yourself super slowly over and over and eventually you'll be able to do one. I was 6'4" 150lbs...after a few weeks of eating more and lowering myself everyday I could finally do it.

No. Go to physical therapy before you do more damage.
