I've seen some BIG motorcycle rallies in the past, but this rally was just MASSIVE.

When you said ‘thousands of bikes’ earlier in the video I was thinking it was a slight exaggeration, then as the vid went on I was like ‘well shit’
I hated riding in groups. Too much variation in skill levels and there was always one rider who would insist on dangerous moves that put everyone around them at risk. Not a phobia - self preservation.

I agree 100%. As well, that ride was so slow moving that I would feel frustrated at the lack of movement.
1000 of bikes but none of them beats the amazing sound of the nuda!

Sitting in a basement office of the NHM, we can hear Cromwell Road but not see it. There was a loud BRAAAP. Said to a workmate, 'I wonder if that's RJ'. Then there was another, and another, and we said 'Nah,that's a Harley.' And then it all kicked off. For ages. If you wanna get noticed for whatever cause, this is the way to do it.
On today's episode, the Nuda finally reunites with his tribe, as an effort to stay as a group for higher chances of survival in this concrete jungle.

Completely with you on not riding in groups. I feel like it takes the fun and pontaneity out of riding. Not to mention the potential domino effect that can take place if something bad happens.

this video was really nice, on a normal day-to-day basis i see around 1 bike per 5000 cars at best, this here shows that there are alot more riders and motorbikes than what i see (i mean, it doesn't help that i don't travel much outside my hometown but still)

That was one of the most organized rides I've seen.
Got my motorbike test on 7th February 2020. I start at 9:00 “. I have bought a new Yamaha and have taxed, insured it. So as soon as I past I can start riding 😍 more or less to commute and get me to work quicker since I have to walk everywhere. Getting a car is just 10x harder and will eat my bank account ❤️

That's funny, I have a phobia about riding in groups too. I don't like driving in convoy either. In either situation I can't set my own pace and have to keep up/slow down etc. rather than be in accord with my environment.

@@diamondmidnightgardener Not only is there no correlation between maturity and selfishness, but I also fail to see the immaturity and selfishness of not enjoying riding in groups. I have the same thing, I have my own flow in traffic and larger groups (that you need to stay close to) disrupt that flow. With the exception of course of the few people who have a similar flow, but that's riding with 3 people tops.

I found Sam D's comment to be bizarre so I thought I'd be a smart arse in my reply, but not overtly. Actually, part of why I prefer to ride alone is that I prefer my own company. I don't like being a part of the mob mentality.

That was beautiful to see…so many bikes..no burnouts or mad revving of the engines…or popping wheelies…and no police…just the sound of thunder coming down the street…
We have a yearly event like this in my town.
Around 3-4 thousand bikers gather here… but the convoy usually takes ~2h to pass and Highways and streets are in full lock down during the event, literally ~30 km of roadways re in lock down for it.
do you reckon the coppers tutted at every pair of dangling feet, or did they give up after the first thousand?

1/3 of these "bikers" dragging foot when driving about 15-20km/h why you doing that? Motorcycle will not fall, dont be scared. I believe these people riding like 3 times per year.

No! It’s because majority of these guys are veterans! And will have life changing injuries.

99% of them do not use mirrors. Thats why they blocking RJ and other road users.

Group riding for me has never been a issue. Did a big group ride within my first months of riding. Set myself a distance from the bike in front and kept it just in case
I was there it I travelled from Wales it was a brilliant day with a brilliant turnout

All these people on that ride have no clue THE RJ gave them all a flyby. Like the Blue Angels passing you on your trip to see Grandma in Wisconsin.

Group riding can be awesome as long as you don't have someone going wild all the time. Nice chilled out riding can also be fast, it doesn't have to be lairy.

You usually only get so many bikers out on US interstates. First Ive seen in Britain.
While it looked like a nice safe ride, I don't think it's a cause I would be able to get behind. Soldier F is suspected of killing civilians. I don't think any amount of time makes that OK. If there is sufficient evidence he should be prosecuted and tried.

There are a lot of riders! I didn’t realise there was so much support for Soldier F over there, over in NI, it’s around 25%/25% with 50% not supporting either way.
