Cuyahoga county (Cleveland,OH) just posted property records back to 1810. I’ve been trying to figure out why the sellers paid $8,000 for a house in 1916 and sold it to my GGgrandfather for $1700 in 1924. Maybe they were relatives some how? I’m gonna start digging soon.
