    1 kg green chili
    Filling with Salt & turmeric powder
    Cover it & Keep it a side for 4 hours
    After 4 hours take out chilli & dry it
    Achar masala;
    2 tbsp coriander seeds
    1 tbsp cumin seeds
    1 tbsp fennel seeds
    1 tsp fenugreek seeds
    1 tbsp mustard seeds dry roast on slow flame & grind coarsely &
    Add on dry chili add
    1 tsp kalongi(nigella)
    1 tsp black salt
    1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder
    1 tbsp turmeric powder
    Take one pan add 300 mustard oil when it’s getting hot
    Add 1 tbsp mustard seeds
    Let it cool down little then
    Add on chili then add
    1 tsp mango powder
    1 tsp sugar (optional)
    mix it well &
    Store in glass container
    सामग्री:
    1 किलो हरी मिर्च
    भरने के लिए नमक और हल्दी पाउडर
    अचार मसाला:
    2 बड़े चम्मच धनिया बीज
    1 बड़ा चम्मच जीरा
    1 बड़ा चम्मच सौंफ
    1 छोटा चम्मच मेथी दाना
    1 बड़ा चम्मच सरसों के बीज (धीमी आंच पर सूखा भूनें और दरदरा पीस लें)
    1 छोटा चम्मच कलौंजी
    1 छोटा चम्मच काला नमक
    1 बड़ा चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
    1 बड़ा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
    300 मिली सरसों का तेल
    1 बड़ा चम्मच सरसों के बीज
    1 छोटा चम्मच आम का पाउडर
    1 छोटा चम्मच चीनी (वैकल्पिक)
    विधि:
    हरी मिर्च को नमक और हल्दी पाउडर से भरें
    4 घंटे के लिए ढककर रख दें
    4 घंटे बाद मिर्च निकालकर सुखा लें
    सूखी मिर्च में अचार मसाला, कलौंजी, काला नमक, कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर और हल्दी पाउडर मिलाएं
    एक पैन में 300 मिली सरसों का तेल गरम करें
    इसमें 1 बड़ा चम्मच सरसों के बीज डालें
    थोड़ा ठंडा होने दें
    फिर मिर्च डालें और आम का पाउडर और चीनी (यदि उपयोग कर रहे हैं) मिलाएं
    अच्छी तरह मिलाएं
    कांच के कंटेनर में भरकर स्टोर करें
