Thank you for making this! I’ve been obsessed with Bouvet Island recently and this is the best video I’ve seen relating to it!

So the gov wanted to start a weather station, way back then. Lol.
Have you seen the cloud formations coming off that island lately??? Effecting hundreds if not thousands of miles of sky!
Mass geoengineering going on now, on the most remote island in the world. 🤣 Oh but nope! Impossible! Nothing to see here... move on now.

During the 60's the American government and the C.I.A, had a top secret reconnaissance satellite program called the Vela
satellite project. Altogether there were about nine satellites orbiting the earth, they were used to spy on and detect secret
nuclear weapons tests throughout the earth and gather information. During 1979 one of the satellites detected a series
of double flashes in the region of about 25 megatonnes, which was located down to a 1500 square mile radius between
bouvet island and prince edward Island. There's not a lot of information about this incident, but the area and both islands
were heavily investigated by the US army and the CIA. The cause of the flashes remains officially unknown, and some
information about the event remains classified by the U.S. government.

The surname Bouvet was an occupational name for a person who worked in a cowshed. Looking back further, we find the name Bouvet was derived from the Old French word boverie, which means a stable for oxen

@@RWBHere According to Wikipedia, so that seems to be the general consensus - it was the first of January that it was spotted, so perhaps there is some wiggle room on the year? But yes, silly mistake to miss in the vid, apologies.
