"but i learned i could fly" cold as fuck
Nah
@@user-xo2tc6ox8f why
Honest I'm scared of that man, you make one bad move and he gon fly to your front door.
I can’t believe people were actually booing that man they must have a sad life…
“They said I’d never go anywhere, but I learned I could fly”
Coldest line
Brother went up there and made the announcement of the pick knowing about himself, respect to one of the greatest Chiefs I've ever watched. #ChiefsKingdom
Not to be that guy but 209 likes and 0 comments let me fix that
@@Meanmarr Thanks brother 🤜🏽
I miss jamaal Charles 😢
@@galaga6875SO much, man😞
He deserves all and any future superbowl wins out of KC imo guy a legend
Takes BALLS to go up there and put himself out there like that. Much respect Jamal!
Bro is a legend
They should’ve jus told him the name 🤷🏾♂️
@@jamelmartin8513Huh?
Only people that have never had to struggle in life would make fun of this man. Much respect he knew it wasn't going to be easy going up there and he still did. Not to mention he was a straight up beast on the field
Yup I know the feeling. Problem is, if you arnt famous than people could care less about your bravery.
Respect Jamaal respect.
To be brave is not to say you’re not scared. To be brave is to be scared and stand on your own two feet in front of adversity anyway. Much respect.
And look at all those people who said he’d never go anywhere and the dude made it to the nfl shows that never judge a book by its cover
Definition of courage brotha 🫡
My grandfather always told me this
Most underrated running back in the 2000s
This man made the Chiefs watchable as a kid
@@Richardhead1222I hope Clark gave him a ring to make up for all the years when he was pretty much the only talent on the offense.
Bro is a G
He did great to still go up there and announce the pick takes guts good on him
That's how YOU ACHIEVE!!!! All of us KC Chiefs fans are PROUD OF JAMAL CHARLES💪💪💪💪💪
My older brother has dyslexia. Growing up we were pretty mean to each other. One time when I was about nine i popped off and made fun of his dyslexia. I never seen him so hurt...first and last time I ever talked down on someone who struggles in any area of learning. Shout out to JC, good shit!!
I’m from *MINNESOTA* and I’m a die heart Viking fan. I’m 24 so I grew up watching Jamaal! It’s bcuz of Jamaal and Dwayne Bowe on why the chiefs have always been my 2nd fav team
He was special Olympics, much respect.
😭
Seriously lol slow down then
Fart
You got me crying 😭
Why are people taking this as a joke? Jamaal actually competed in the special Olympics band found out he was extremely fast changing to a RB and participating in football
We absolutely ADORE Jamal Charles here in KC. Man is all class, all the time. Oh, he could play sm football, too.
I'm happy he told people why cause I have dyslexia And it feels better knowing that other people have it too.
Not saying he doesn’t also have that, but I think he has a more severe disability. He competed in the special Olympics so I am not sure what he has
@johnkaul2101 oooo ok thanks I hope you have a great day
The most underrated back ever when it comes to HOF talk. He was absolutely dominant during his prime both rushing and receiving.
I've never understood why parents didn't do what mine did... If I see someone who needs help, I help them without asking for anything in return. My parents told us children (8) that difference is what makes us unique. Caring is what makes us alike.
Props brodie. I’m 32 years old and still struggle with math. Grew up my whole life with a math learning disability. Doesn’t matter tho, your past doesn’t defy you now sir and you should always be proud of the man in the mirror today.
Respect 👍 him for overcome his disability
One of my favorite chiefs
Props to Jamaal for defying expectations through a sheer work ethic and determination.
I have mad respect for him.
Any real fan would never down this man. He's a class act and very resilient. I watched this live with other NFL fans and everyone cheers Jamal...not the pick
Jamal Charles was elite! Not to mention how hard it may have been for him to learn the playbooks. You are the man bro😎
Good for him for getting up there and putting it (his reading problem) on FULL display. If even ONE kid saw that and was encouraged it is a HUGE WIN. It's a win no matter what actually. GREAT STUFF.
✌️✝️
Loved JC in KC!!!! I swear he ran so hard for my team that he went through a pair of shoes every game 😂 I’m proud of him for going up there and reading that in front of a crowd and a tongue twister announcement at that! Way to be JC 👍🏼❤️
Most of us especially chiefs fans were well aware of J Charles learning disabilities doesn't take anything away from what he did for the franchise that man is a chiefs legend
U a legend don't let nobody tell u different 🙏 🙏.
Jamal, you are such a strong man 😊❤ You have the courage to be you no matter what other people think 😊❤ You are perfect the way that you are ❤❤ That inspires me 🙏❤ God Bless 🙏❤
Man, if anybody made fun of this man, I would straight fight you don’t ever disrespect someone because they have a disability. This man is amazing. He is showing people with disabilities. They can do whatever they put their mind to just because you can’t read when he was a kid does not determine he’s not gonna be worth anything because guess what look at his career he is living proof this is a good man right here
Your my guy man that’s the best mentality to have
I can't say any gate to this man he was a great football player and had a tough childhood but still became something and chose to be a better person than others he was around. And the draft pick was still understandable since he was good enough to go back and correct himself.
Bro Jamal Charles was so fucking good. Like so freaking good. Not talked about enough
Crazy how he has had substantially more success than everyone making fun of him even with the fundamental learning disability.
WE LOVE YOU JAMAL CHARLES
Reading is fundamental, but running fast will make you a legend, I respect the fact he tried and he is a warrior because most wouldn't have tried to do what they knew they could not.
God bless him this is how our athletes need to be. It's not about the money it's about overcoming things about not letting opticals get in your way. God bless you all
He was an exciting player to watch. I say that as a Bengals fan. This man was awesome, and I thought he was awesome before this. Now I really think he's awesome. Fly he did.
jamaal charles is a legend
Good shit! That's the type of people we need to admire! Much love & respect!
If Jamaal Charles was able to play in this Mahomes era Chiefs ...they would be unstoppable.
Thanks Mike for educating us it inspires even those that don’t have disabilities to love others. I’m never a soft guy but I’ll defend this man. Thank you Jamal Charles for inspiring us and thanks Mike once again for spreading awareness. #notevenachiefsfan
My son was such a HUGE Jamal Charles fan when he was younger this makes me RESPECT that young man even more SALUTE to JCharles #KCLegend#
Good for him. People are quick to judge and talk 💩. The dude overcame that to accomplish more than the majority of people that trash talked about him.
Man, that game he ran for 5 tds was the shit . One of the best ever!!!!
He was all world running back and an all
World person
His mind just goes at a different speed than everyone else’s but I guarantee you. He’s very intelligent. He knows how to read. Just his mind works at a different pace than others everyone’s different. And the man is a warrior. He faced his fears and got up there and did a great job. This man deserves everyone’s respect. This man is a straight fighter. He doesn’t let nothing. Stop him all respect over here
0 - Fear, RESPECT - 💯
Fuck bro shit almost made me cry🙏🏽 that’s excellence right there

He was a good dude going back to highschool. Mad love for you still J Charles
Ppl will make fun of this man but it takes a severe amount of courage to let ppl know about this.
They did him dirty with the trade adding extra words he wasn't expecting.
Theres things you can joke about and then theres something called respect...Jamaal Charles Flies High.. F the haters JC! Go Raiders!
Woah woah you had me till those last 2 words lol
As a Chiefs fan I love and appreciate the RESPECT a Raiders fan gives. one of my favorite NFL players.
Jamal is amazing!!!
Thank you! Dudes dogged him knowing his thing -- deplorable online takes. JC badass for getting up there
I have a learning disability and am really embarrassed about it this man is a G

yeaaaa JC!!! u FLEW FOSHOOOO🔥🔥🔥
Hes a brave dude for doing that.
HE FLEW ❤❤❤❤
True fans love Jamaal Charles
Dude made more money than I prolly ever will who am I to talk bad about him I know plenty people that have learning issues that are doing great things people need to worry about themselves
That was also anxiety, you could tell by him rushing his words. As someone who experiences anxiety I have had that happen multiple times.
Dude knew people where gonna clown him and he still did it he’s a G
People found out his story and then they no longer laughed at and made fun of him when they never should have laughed at and made fun of him in the 1st place. #goldenrule
Great player mad respect ❤❤😊
Jamal Charles was super nice with it man!
Awesome human moment
Yu try saying all that. Brother is just fine to me❤
they said he goes nowhere
Now he's reading the draft selection on national television 📺
Before there were bandwagons refs and magic party this man CARRIED
He went somewhere right past those fools making fun of him
I think if he took a breathe, slowed down, he would of nailed that...brave man, respect
Yo thanks, I have a learning disability 2, this helps a lot.
Much love and respect coming from bronco country....
I’m dyslexic. If I didn’t get the proper training I desperately needed starting in 9th grade I would be on the path I am today.
I haven’t accomplished much however I’m 18 years old growing an online business which allows me to help thousands of young men which their hair goals
Much love from a bills fan.
I can respect what Addams is saying I have learning disabilities too I was told from a young age because of my autism and dyslexia I wouldn’t be able to achieve anything i wanted either by my family and peers I’m now finishing my final year of college to get a degree in musical education and I have a family of my own yes you can achieve your dreams
