Neural, please make a hub app for all your plugins so you can mix and match pedals etc. Its madness that only certain pedals are available in certain apps.
You could still do Archetype packages but make them bundles of the individual parts, to prevent people getting upset about potentially rebuying pedals they already have, introduce a discount for each item they already have the way Steam bundles work.
You make great amp sims, but closing an app down to try another amp sound by opening another, then loading up your IR again, is a pain.
Surely it would be similar to running a Quad Cortex just on your computer?
This is what STL does right with the amphub plugin. If Neural could do this they would outclass STL with mixing and matching different aspects of each plugin. For me I would like to use the white cab found on the nolly plugin with fortin Calli amp and blend both cabs together. But I think they will implement that into their QC later down the line.

Yeah Amplitube 5 operates like this and with Tonex built in is now king of the hill for amp sims re: features and flexibility. Would be great if Neural had a universal amp sim host for all their amp sims.
That's a pretty easy fix, I just load two different neural dsp plugins in one track and use the amp of one of them and the pedals of the other one,. But I agree with you, a hub for all the plugins would be sick.
The should do a Quad Cortex plugin. That'd do all this stuff in one place.
I've been impatiently waiting for the amp sim for the first generation Line 6 Spider for about 15 years. IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!!!!

I trialled that T.M. plugin 2 days ago, and it was absolute trash!
Couldn’t dial in any decent tones.
All sounded like dull neck pickup sounds.
If I was Neural, I’d take that one out of the range!
Seems redundant if you have Tim Henson, Cory Wong, Tone King, or Plini already… but at least it’s not as dumb as Tom Morello.

Im really not sure what this brings to the table, but thats only because there's already been so much done with the plugins.
Kind of where my mind is - it sounds excellent, to be sure, but the Petrucci plugin already exists with a lot of this capability and more.
@@jonkerrmusicyep would be good if Neural had an option like IK Multimedia to try and buy one amp sim or whole collection. Lots of cross over with the Neural Artist packs.
2 or 3 plugins will give you all you need. At this point it's a matter of selling a name...

I would absolutely love a type of suite where there’s a list of each plugin that are updated along with each of the new plugins.
I wish they would roll down "baseline" features of these plugins into the older ones. Like how the Plini plugin still doesn't have transpose when all the new plugins do.
The metronome and new live tuner will only keep appearing in newer plugins and never in the old ones.

Amazing artist and NDSP is absolutely stellar. BUT, i habe the Cory Wong and Tone king which is a huge overlap.

Hes obviously amazing but cant the tones be found in other Neural plugins? There seems to be a lot of overlap on all of them. Do an Eric Johnson one so we can get some vintage tones.

Love to see this, but given the number of videos Mateus does with acoustic (and now Tim Henson with nylon string), I really think Neural DSP needs to come out with a full blown version for acoustic instruments - steel, nylon string, acoustic/upright bass, baritone, regular and bass ukes, 12 strings, etc. I would buy this in a heartbeat if put together really well.

Have you tried running your acoustics into these plug-ins, and disabling the heads and the cab sims and just using the pedals and effects? I’ve gotten great results this way.
An acoustic version would basically be the same plug in without any amp/cab sims.

it's more similar to Tone King or Cory Wong. They say that delay algorithm is unique in this one, but i'm not sure if it's that big of a deal
Pretty much everything in this plugin is brand new. All of the amps and pedals (including the modulation pedal which is 3 pedals in 1) have never been in a plugin before. The delay is brand-new also. So you're getting 10 new devices plus a ton of changes to existing devices (EQ, cabs, reverb)

I knew that you guys wouldn’t just copy/paste anything from Tim’s (as a current owner of 5 Archetypes, I fully appreciate the quality that goes into each one!) - I was more curious about the specifics which you explained! I’ll absolutely be giving it the 14-day trial, at minimum!
Separate question - do you guys still plan on updating the older plug-ins to include features like transpose? Would love Gojira, Fortin Cali, and Tim’s that much more if they had that one extra ability!!

Seriously, what is the "killer feature" of this plugin?
If I want to get a "rich, boutique clean sound", I'd use Cory Wong or Tim Henson(these plugins I already have).
This reverb with long, beautiful decay I can get with any plugin, such as Rabea, Henson, Abasi...
This "lead" amp is no good for usual rhythm high-gain parts, only for lead guitar, which sound I can get with any lead amp of the above plugins. And so on.
And tell me, please, why do I need this plugin?

The developers seem to be busy (which is good), but they should definitely change the noise gate threshold on all their plugins. It has 960 steps in its range, but it’s only on or off. No chance to turn down the volume knob at -95,9 already. I did send an email long ago.
Release adjustments be great as well. I can never get the thing to act the way I want and use cubase built in gate

Well mateus doesnt have an uniq tone like tim henson its mostly clean,blues,rock. So ofcause theres not gonna be nothing new

@@BOOLsheet yeah, I think most of the appeal of Devin's music is the songwriting, layering, and production. don't get me wrong, he has nice tones, but I can't say I'd be interested in buying his archetype unless it's got some huge features to sell me on it
@mack_reese I would hope that it would have some ambient features, he's known to run multiple delays and reverbs in series to do his ambient guitar stuff. getting the user experience right for that in a desktop plugin might be a challenge though

@@user-gj5vr4tr9q after Archetype Petrucci and Rabea, there is nothing new with Neural... all its kind of the same: same cleans, same leads, same cabinets, same sound. If you have Archetype Gojira, Rabea and Petrucci, you're good to go IMO.

Plini and Wong are pretty good and pretty different too imho. But this one might be pretty special too, but I have not made up my mind 100% on it.
