If i was doing this question I would do it in 2 parts. The " first which would look like (4 1/8" - 3 1/3") and give you a result of 19/24. Then I would do the ' which would look (77-25) and give you a result of 52. Then add it all together for a result of 52' 19/24". I hope this answers the question, if not let me know!
