Pedro IS a super fan of Nicholas Cage. The pillow scene was him slightly improving. He has plenty of interviews talking about his love for Nic Cage movie lol
Nicholas Cage has been married 5 times. But he only has 3 kids. 2 sons and a daughter (who was just born in 2022). His oldest son is in his 30s and has 2 kids (Cage's grandkids). This movie is more of a wacky metaphor to his life somewhat.
I was surprised at just how funny these two were together. The LSD Wall scene had my wife and I almost crying. One of my favorite Nick Cage movies now. What can Pedro Pascal do wrong?! Best action comedy I have seen in a while.
Pedro is hilarious, he's SO funny in real life, so he NEEDS to be in more comedies. I've been a Cage fan forever, my favorite is probably Raising Arizona, that movie is legendary.
I really loved Pedro Pascal & Nicks friendship lol this was so funny & Face Off is one of my favs of his he’s not my favorite actor but I always enjoy his movies
YEEEEESSS! I’ve been hoping that they would react to this perfectly meta comedy gem! The scene of Nic Cage being woken up by having Tiffany Hadish saying “ACTION” was so funny I almost couldn’t breathe.🤣🤣🤣 And Pedro Pascal was freaking amazing in this movie, and that fact that like his character he grew up loving Nic Cage’s movies is a huge bonus. I really hope that in real life this gives Nicolas Cage a massive career comeback (not that he ever went away). And he deserves it because he’s Nic FUCKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING(WOO) CAGE! And for those wondering, “Nicky Cage” is designed to look how he did (not from one of his movies) but from an interview he did in the U.K. almost 30 years ago when he was promoting Wild At Heart. He was crazier than even Tom Cruise was when he did that Oprah interview.🤣🤣🤣
I’m so happy that you liked Pedro Pascal in this role! If you want to see him in another funny role then watch the horror comedy Bloodsucking Bastards, he’s really funny in that one too!
Unironically, paddington 2, (and 1) are on my top 3. I freaked when they named dropped it during the movie. It's so charming, and a movie with no Fat. At one point in the second one, he reforms the prison system, and it's so delightful, and yes, Charming.
You guys need to watch The Bubble. It's awesome. Pedro Pascal is so funny. if you want to see him in more funny roles that is one movie you need to see him in.
So for a little history to my knowledge Nicholas Cage was in extreme debt at one point and essentially joined any paying movie to help chip away at what he owed, hence his reputation for being in a lot bad movies
Loved your reaction! Re: “Keep Me In Your Heart”, the song playing at the end. It is arguably the best song of the millennium so far. But for many who know it, it is simply too personal and tied to the context in which it was written to be an appropriate song to end the movie on. Far, far too sad and bittersweet. Apart from that, I adore this film and I’m glad you liked it, too.
If you want to see another film with Nicholas Cage sharing a scene with himself, I highly recommend 2002's Adaptation, written by Charlie Kaufman. Also check out Leaving Las Vegas, which Cage won the Academy Award for.
Interesting thing is that, Nic Cage didn't actually wanna do this movie at first. He didn't like the idea of playing himself and thought it would be better if someone else played the role of him.
Seven Samurai bc it inspired so much as well as being a masterful film Jaws for being the first summer blockbuster And let's go with Trick-r-treat for being a Good horror movie. I hold horror movies to higher standards bc you know going in its meant to scare you, so when you make a good one of those you get extra credit. I love how my list de-evolved
Nicolas Cage buys a lot of stuff, u can serach it. Also he loves cinema, so he alwats willing to act in wacky movies to give an oportunity to new directors.
I'm just starting you watch of this movie and it's great but you should really put both of you on the thumbnail. I could see the wife and was like I recognise her but was unsure and over watched quite a few. If it were both of you I'd know straight away.
*What are your top 3 movies?* ⬇

Pedro IS a super fan of Nicholas Cage. The pillow scene was him slightly improving. He has plenty of interviews talking about his love for Nic Cage movie lol
And yes! Pedro Pascal was incredible in this role! He definitely has genuine versatility and talent!
Nicholas Cage has been married 5 times. But he only has 3 kids. 2 sons and a daughter (who was just born in 2022). His oldest son is in his 30s and has 2 kids (Cage's grandkids). This movie is more of a wacky metaphor to his life somewhat.
The middle kid's name is Kal-El Coppola Cage :D
Paddington 2 is one of the highest rated movies of all time
I was surprised at just how funny these two were together. The LSD Wall scene had my wife and I almost crying. One of my favorite Nick Cage movies now. What can Pedro Pascal do wrong?! Best action comedy I have seen in a while.
I love that Nicky, Nick Cage's alter ego was credited as Nicolas Kim Coppola. A beautiful touch.
Pedro is hilarious, he's SO funny in real life, so he NEEDS to be in more comedies. I've been a Cage fan forever, my favorite is probably Raising Arizona, that movie is legendary.

All jokes aside… if you haven’t seen Paddington 2, you’re missing out on life. It is easily in my top 5 favorite movies of all time

Fun watch, Nick truly leaned into this and his perception of how many people see him. Fun react and discussion
I’m so happy that you liked Pedro Pascal in this role! If you want to see him in another funny role then watch the horror comedy Bloodsucking Bastards, he’s really funny in that one too!
This N. Cage twins thing is from the 2002 film 'Adaptation', co-starring Meryl Streep.
Unironically, paddington 2, (and 1) are on my top 3. I freaked when they named dropped it during the movie. It's so charming, and a movie with no Fat.

NICK CAGE SMOOCHES GOOD!!!!🤣
You guys need to watch The Bubble. It's awesome. Pedro Pascal is so funny. if you want to see him in more funny roles that is one movie you need to see him in.
That is a terrible movie. He is the only reason to see it.
So for a little history to my knowledge Nicholas Cage was in extreme debt at one point and essentially joined any paying movie to help chip away at what he owed, hence his reputation for being in a lot bad movies
Finally someone reacted to this ❤️
Pedro Pascal was hilarious in Netflix's The bubble

I don’t understand why there are not more views because it was such a funny movie.
I have not seen Paddington 2 but I have heard from a lot of people that it is really good!
Watch both Paddington films, but yes Paddington 2 is the better of the two. It is a perfect film.
The music in the movie is way funnier than the meme imo, that jazz music just fits so perfectly lol
A reaction to Con Air is definitely needed 😊
I agree!
Loved your reaction!

I am kinda glad that superhero movies are kinda tired right now
So we finally get other good movies got on the spotlight again
Paddington 2 is a great flick
Singular most romantic bromance ever
The guns from Face Off killed me.
Shout-out Dr. Caligari
Top 3: Fifth Element, Mad Max Fury Road, Beyond the Valley of the Dolls.
Mine would be The Warriors, The Goonies, The Sound Of Music.
I think Pedro Pascal is a bit comedic villain in Wonder Woman 1984
Terrible movie where he is terribly directed.
Saw this in theatres on release week and my friend and I were absolutely dying. Nicky Fuckiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing Cage!
His laugh made me subscribe. I don't even know yalls name, but ima be watching. 🤣
Yes, please watch Paddington 2. I mean you have to see the first one first obviously, but the sequel actually did make me cry
If you want to see another film with Nicholas Cage sharing a scene with himself, I highly recommend 2002's Adaptation, written by Charlie Kaufman. Also check out Leaving Las Vegas, which Cage won the Academy Award for.
No joke, Paddington 2 is one of the best movies of the past few years
I'm pretty excited for Redfield. He's Dracula lol
Face/Off
Conair
Raising Arizona
Are all great!
8 MM is the best Cage film though.
Interesting thing is that, Nic Cage didn't actually wanna do this movie at first. He didn't like the idea of playing himself and thought it would be better if someone else played the role of him.
Seriously though... Paddington 2 was spectacular.
For a somewhat similar concept but still different film, I highly recommend JCVD, where Van Damme plays himself.
This movie cracked me up 😂😂😂
Seven Samurai bc it inspired so much as well as being a masterful film
Jaws for being the first summer blockbuster
And let's go with Trick-r-treat for being a Good horror movie. I hold horror movies to higher standards bc you know going in its meant to scare you, so when you make a good one of those you get extra credit.

I'm just starting you watch of this movie and it's great but you should really put both of you on the thumbnail. I could see the wife and was like I recognise her but was unsure and over watched quite a few. If it were both of you I'd know straight away.

Trailers are not spoilers. Stop being so cringe about spoilers.
Have you seen trailers nowadays? They show too much!
