    INGREDIENTS:👇
    - 4 to 5 tablespoons oil (for frying eggs)
    - 2 eggs
    - 6 to 8 tablespoons oil (for cooking fried rice)
    - 1 onion, chopped
    - 1 carrot, chopped
    - 1 capsicum, chopped
    - 1 bowl cabbage, chopped
    - 1 tablespoon salt
    - 1 tablespoon black pepper
    - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
    - 1 tablespoon green chili sauce
    - 1 tablespoon vinegar
    - For garnishing:
    - Grated carrot
    - Chopped green onion

    INSTRUCTIONS:👇
    1. Fry the Eggs:
    - Heat 4 to 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
    - Beat the eggs, pour them into the pan, and fry until they are fully cooked. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
    2. Prepare the Fried Rice:
    - In the same pan, add 6 to 8 tablespoons of oil.
    - Add the chopped onion and saute until it becomes translucent.
    - Add the chopped carrot, capsicum, and cabbage. Stir-fry the vegetables until they are tender yet slightly crisp.
    - Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
    - Season with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, green chili sauce, and vinegar. Stir everything together until the rice is evenly coated with the seasoning.
    3. Combine and Garnish:
    - Add the fried eggs back into the pan with the rice and vegetables. Mix everything together.
