What kind of sprayer are you using..? And where did you buy it?

The tip is 1/4. I bought s 1/4 inch jet and put that because I don't like the factory tip.

You had to replace those factory seals with Viton to handle Hotter water?

​@runzization probably yes, because I can't use hot water with this sprayer. It has to be warm or cold.
