Clearly it was a big brain move by the Protoss not to kill the tank that was shooting it's own factory. Harstem should apologize for criticizing that.

The bouncy castle bit reminds me of that furry tumblr convention people made fun of called Dashcon that a bunch of people spent stupid amounts of patreon money for and when they got there it was just a ball bit and a bouncy castle with a bunch of 25-30yr olds in it in an empty warehouse, lmao.
One of the most successful submitters to IIODIS: he indeed was ahead with the 4gate blink pressure, and indeed the earth is round!
The way i always think of these pressure builds is that you've done damage to yourself to set them up, so you need to do more damage to your opponent
He did do enough damage, more than enough. But behind that his third was 2 minutes too late, workerproduction was abysmal and he invested 11 stalker of resources to get a storm out that kills 3 marines. Together with the like 10 stalker he lost due to poor micro, he could have won this game with stalker only, that's how much damage he dealt.

Also he did a ton of self damage getting storm, warping in extra stalkers and delaying third, so it lowers the effectiveness of his 4gate blink damage

the army was way smaller than Terran, Army wasn't pushed forward really and 1 storm tickling like 2 marine during entire fight isnt called "I had storm ready".
technically he had a storm ready but missed and didn't have more, also he did have an army forward it's just that he made it a bad thing. 😅

A trick for every adult who wants to go on the bounty castles. Kids usually love when known adults jump together with them on the bouncy castle. But proceed with caution.

As a Plat Terran, yeah this guy's execution of 4-gate blink sucked. For a long time I thought that the build was an all-in but instead it's heavy pressure (I learned a lot from this channel). I usually lose against it because the opponent still macros behind the blink stalker pressure so when I decide to push back they're prepared to defend with either collosus or storm. I either tap out if my whole army dies in the attack or lose in the Protoss's next push.
Right. Even in platinum and diamond on the NA server, people transition into colossi/disruptor or storm by 8:30, 9, 10 minutes....

I really long for a protoss non mass stalker one. I can't remember when was the last one
TIL - 16 is too old to burp in someone's face, 27 is too old to push kids in a bouncy house.
One guy jumped out of a plane into a giant net, you can jump with a wingsuit into cardboard but generally if you're terminal which is like 10 seconds, nothing can break your fall you need a parachute. Like you're going from 200 km/h to nothing in the speed of whatever catches you so even if it's 10 meters tall you're going through that in .2 seconds, 200 km/h is 55m/s so that's 5.5G if it took you a second to stop but you stop in a fifth of that so that's 25G, you're dead and realistically it'll be five or ten times that because most of the acceleration will happen after the compression right at the ened of travel and that's with a 10m airbag. The other problem is missing your target, then you just eat earth.
Edit: And those cardboard box mountains are like 30 or more layers deep with half meter or larger boxes, absolutely huge.

2:52 even as a 2.8k NA protoss player I still make a wall at the back of my mineral line with my first pylon, so at 4004 mmr you're basically now a grown ass adult burping in your childs face
...Wait, you make an initial wall behind your minerals? Am I misunderstanding you? Not at the reaper ramp, the main choke, or the natural choke, but behind your minerals?
I do see one side of the mineral line walled off in TvP to try to prevent the reaper from having an easy loop around the mineral line.

BGWSS idea: Warp prison photon cannon and battery harass. Also possible to just make walls without pylons..

Is it possible to put the units in the prism because he was going to drop them on top of the tanks? And then changed his mind or realized he couldn't actually do that...?
At 12:11 how can he "just piss off out of here"? Blink is on cooldown, two auto turrets are being put right behind all of the Stalkers and the Marines are literally right on top of him. Move command through the auto turrets towards the edge where he can blink out later? Move command towards the prism? Wouldn't that get him stuck back there and cleaned up? Looks to me like if he's just move commanding while the Terran army is on top of him he'll just lose a bunch of Stalkers for free. Isn't his only good option here to prism-blink the low HP Stalkers back and just take the fight?

I don't believe the MMR of this games. 4k MMR in the Korean ladder and 5 bases total for 2 players. I'm 3.4k and my opponents expand way faster than these players while doing pressure builds as well...
This was clearly much better level than 3.4k mmr. There was actual pressure, close to real build orders, people moved armies on the map instead of just staying home and were more decisive with the units. This game didn't look great but they would have clearly destroyed your mmr level.
The only delicious fake meat I know does only grow in the wild, so yes it exists, but no you won't get it in a restaurant except maybe at a specialised and good one at the right season for a lot of cash.
i do not approve of a single pilon powering the entire production facilities,..otherwise to me it look s like a normal game

There must be a way to YES... Lose a bit of potential momentum in the very early stages of the game but therefore exclude the threat of most crap. --> To take it as a free gift card basically an ace in your hand to win the match from there. And if it wasn't the case... Well then u lost some potential momentum. But seriously... Nobody can tell anyone that scouting around the map like that would be the main reason of losing a game.

As a master 3 random player (M1 toss/D3 zerg NA), I will say, Terran is the easiest in a lot of ways. Thats the biggest issue at our levels.
I'm not sure its imbalanced, it's just a very easy race early.
Protoss is way easier, which is why you're M1 with it.

PvT with this build you need one stargate. with a few fenixs you can remove the siege tanks out of the combat and give you time to kill the enemy, and hes take too long to build immortals...

So i just want to say, i see the fraustration. You made mention of a lot of areas for improvement, however, what did the Terran do that was so great that his army fueled by a tiny economy and mid game tech that allowed him to crush the Toss army. I think this is where Terran feels imbalanced to lower level players. You look at the situation and say to yourself, i did some damage, hurt his economy and yet he can just walk across the map and destroy everything.... obviously there is a great deal that could be done to prevent this. I just feel like every mistake made against a Terran is the end of your life. It doesn't seem to be the case when a Terran doesn't play perfectly. They take damage, build some new units, drop mules and right back in the game. Just my highly unprofessional opinion. 😅

That said, those require some slight effort to use, while tanks are pretty fire-and-forget, or siege and forget in this case.
Are you ignoring every single time the Toss walked Stalkers straight into tank range without dealing with the tanks?
As well as ignoring the cost of stalkers vs marines and scvs?
And the fact that the point of 4 gate blink is to expand behind it WHILE pressuring (not after the pressure fails) and the submitter didn't do that?
Actually was a great example of how broken Terran is. Stays on 2 bases by 10 min and can still stomp someone with double the worker count. Yes in theory the toss should have transitioned but the fact that toss legit can't do anything without massive splash damage shows how broken Terran is. They need to buff gateway units so that they can even remotely fight Terran. They do legit nothing against Terran with medivac
The problem is that the protoss did nothing behind the 4gate pressure.
That said yes terran is imbalanced
For the first time I call BS here. That Terran was garbage and won because at this level Terran is miles ahead of other races for the reasons the complaint mentioned. Harstem grilled him for essentially not playing at masters level but they’re not at masters level. Terran didn’t deserve the win here
