I think I will not choose the 682 model with a color screen. Having a rechargeable battery is a big advantage. This is very good for those who constantly make experimental measurements. Multimeters live tough lives. Usually in high temperature environments like hot trucks in summer weather. Would like to see a test to see how if the housing would container an explosive lithium ion battery failure. Great review!
Hello, your video review is very complete and very good. I see the circuit board of Aneng 681 and Aneng 683 quite similar. (I don't know where you can measure the 2 pins of the SEL switch on the Aneng 681 - if you can help me measure the 3 switch buttons, I'm asking just in case when the SEL button on the 683 model is sensitive. broken and then I could hook up a spare hard switch. )
aneng 681 also is same type multimeter but build in lithium battery （inside protection of the battery is weak）.if use it test on power supply system that may have a risk .and sz02 the plastic case is so easy broken be careful.
@@wilsonluilui no its the design analog testers tend to be better because it shows a continuous sample a digital one dosent not only that digital will show more ghost readings then analog thats why im sticking with my old stuff
@@joshuaryanferguson3702mine is extremely accurate, only the internal temp sensor is a bit sloppy at +\-2% so my house is 70DegF and it says 72. But voltage, resistance, & capacitance is more accurate than my $400 fluke. There is a few instances for analogy to see that needle hop and sway but most needs for a meter digital is superior. Each to their own I suppose. This is a great meter for the cost.

The 681 battery is smaller than 683. Not surprising but also... Uhm. I wonder if I can buy spare 683 batteries to solder onto 681
yes,it can do this,because inside the meter have usb charger ic to control the charge battery,and only the size not too big for place it inside.
