We finally get back to this turd. If you missed the first video make sure to check it out. We will be looking for another project slash first car for my son Nate. Looks like an original LU5 car. Too bad some halfwit hick couldn’t understand a basic, simple, and reliable EFI system, and went backwards by slapping a carb on it.

That fuel line has to be gravity fed, it won’t keep pushing fuel past the regulator

You should of kept the Camaro and fix it you just gave it would of been good ride in time you where good start but things don't always go as plan

The wire on the back of the alt is a hot wire that goes to the + side for charging...man.. that poor car..
Wished I had the time and money to save it. It went to someone that said they were gonna build it.
Reminds me of my '83, same hard start issues before I changed the distributor, it's cause the distributor is too far advanced, that's what that excessive smoke is too, heads get super hot during kickback and the oil burns right off it. These cars got a nasty sound when they misfire and that sure was it when it was idling. good luck on that 96

Yeah, that poor old car was mistreated.
Those were fibreglass hoods back then, from the factory. that's part of the problem. Had a 69 GTO with a bent hood, and so I can recognize the glass fibers sticking out :)

Yeah, I was frustrated with this car. The person I got it from told me she was driving it everyday about two weeks before she sold it to me. It for sure hadn't ran in years. I knew her personality too.
