    We finally get back to this turd. If you missed the first video make sure to check it out. We will be looking for another project slash first car for my son Nate. Checkout his TH-cam channel ThingswithNate. Follow me on instagram and tiktok. More projects and videos coming soon. We also have the monthly live garage talk podcast. It is a Joe Rogan or JRE type podcast with two new guest every month. We also are doing the flip car challenge, kind of like the Flying wheels channel. Visiting again soon, will try and find some cars like autoauction rebuild. These revival videos are in the style of junkyard mook, junkyard digs and vice grip garage. We are always open to feedback.

    Looks like an original LU5 car. Too bad some halfwit hick couldn’t understand a basic, simple, and reliable EFI system, and went backwards by slapping a carb on it.

      Yeah, they ruined the whole car.

    That fuel line has to be gravity fed, it won’t keep pushing fuel past the regulator

      Wished I had the time and money to save it. It went to someone that said they were gonna build it.

    Reminds me of my '83, same hard start issues before I changed the distributor, it's cause the distributor is too far advanced, that's what that excessive smoke is too, heads get super hot during kickback and the oil burns right off it. These cars got a nasty sound when they misfire and that sure was it when it was idling. good luck on that 96

      Those were fibreglass hoods back then, from the factory. that's part of the problem. Had a 69 GTO with a bent hood, and so I can recognize the glass fibers sticking out :)

    • @CousinCleatus
      @CousinCleatus  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah. The hinges caused the hood to crack

      Yeah, I was frustrated with this car. The person I got it from told me she was driving it everyday about two weeks before she sold it to me. It for sure hadn't ran in years. I knew her personality too.
