It's funny that years ago, most people didn't have much of a problem giving law enforcement officials their ID and information. Unfortunately, the police have basically lost the public's trust at this point and probably won't be able to get it back.
Most cops don't understand what a camera does. You can't expect them to understand washing a car. That is far more complicated than public photography.
OK. We get it it. You need to "investigate". The problem being, once you can clearly see nothing "suspicious", is going on, you stay, and harass innocent people simply to feed your own overinflated egos!!! 😡
the school cop is a lawless goon. checking on an absent from school child and wandering around private property running tags and snooping, trying to find anything to use
Dear bart buddy it is incumbent on you to to acquire evidence that proves guilt. It is not the private citizens job to prove innocence and it is not a requirement for them to assist you when you are investigating them so go take a walk
These cops are obsessed with having authority over everyone they come in contact with. Wasting valuable patrol time on people washing a car while actual crimes could be in progress
Investigation skills -50, reason ability -50, ego 1000. Who doesn't know the difference between a pressure washer kit or a 5ft hose with a gas canister, these two cops that's who.
“The freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.” - U.S. Supreme Court, City of Houston v Hill, 482 U.S. 451, 1987.
“The courts are not bound by an officers interpretation of the law under which he presumes to act”. (U.S. Supreme Court, Hoffsomer v. Hayes, 92 Okla 32, 227 F. 417.)
"Officers of the court have no immunity, when violating a Constitutional right, from liability. For they are deemed to know the law!” (Owen v. Independence, 100 S.C.T. 1398, 445 US 622, U.S. Supreme Court) The court reminded civil servants, adding "The knowledge that a municipality will be liable for all of its injurious conduct…should create an incentive for officials who may harbor doubts about the lawfulness of their intended actions to err on the side of protecting citizens."
... It's funny to me that the area is the reason they're threatening trespassing charges. Officer, I'm bored now... Either arrest or go away. I call your bluff, your qualified immunity is gone. ... let's play, officer!
They just can't let it go. Once they knew what was going on they should've just said "sorry" and went on their way. But noooo, they can't admit their wrong, ego won't allow it.
I don't care how many times an officer has to deal with criminals, does not give an officer to treat an innocent person like a criminal, based on officers personal opinions. If someone is not doing anything illegal and the officer doesn't have any right to demand anything of anyone just because it's "unusual". All I can say is that police are well hated because of the way they treat people. Officers truly believe that they are owed something, and expect it. This is why you should not trust respect or cooperate with police because they are not going to give it to you.
I would love to hear them explain that to a judge your honor they were washing a car at midnight it was a crime whatever City this is crime must be slow as hell these two to get a job at McDonald's
Must not be that high of a theft area, the cops are just standing around doing absolutely NOTHING to make the community safer or better. Clowns could at least help wash the car.
I don’t see a problem with second officer. He wasn’t rude or aggressive. He showed up as he was told to do. Then the guy was acting weird so he took down a plate number to see who it was. When it comes to kids it is different. But first guy, he was just power tripping. They told him they were done and headed out l but he had to feel powerful and said “I’m in charge and I’m telling you you have to leave.”
Call the police station and tell them what your doing, where your doing it. Every single time you do or go anywhere. That way, they cant be suspicious 😊
Funny how the dimly lit parking lot is brighter than the outside during the day. This would have to be the weakest propaganda of the day. Yes it is nothing but pure propaganda. Do better.
Would you wash a car b4 you stole it. WTF are these pigs on. And here we go, gonna ask for their ID. How the dickens is their ID going to tell you what they are doing?
People need to just start resisting and defending themselves from this crap already. Police and up don't follow the laws, so why should the people. Otherwise things like this will only get worse and never change. You can protest by marching down the street crying about it just to be ignored, or you can use your GOD given right to protect yourselves Defensively against anyone who wishes to cause you harm
So most people get interrogated because they’re pretty dumb. The first thing you should tell the cops I don’t answer questions. The second thing maybe you should ask am I being detained the third thing you could ask is that I free to go the fourth thing you could ask is for what crime am I being detained? You have to interrogate them basically if you don’t want them bothering you otherwise they’re gonna sit there and have a back-and-forth with you until you say something stupid because anything you say Cannon will be used against you. You’re going to trip yourself up and they know it so you should shut up.
If they're just "fresh" kittens, why tf are they running around unsupervised in the yard?!? If they're that neglectful of those babies, I can see why the school finds it necessary to keep such close tabs on the child. And it sounds like she's already having mental health issues... I wonder why. That stepfather's attitude might be a clue... it makes me wonder how he acts when the authorities AREN'T around 🧐😾🤨
How convenient he has no deductive skills yet he’s investigating.
It's funny that years ago, most people didn't have much of a problem giving law enforcement officials their ID and information. Unfortunately, the police have basically lost the public's trust at this point and probably won't be able to get it back.
Everywhere is a high crime area.
Most cops don't understand what a camera does. You can't expect them to understand washing a car. That is far more complicated than public photography.
He can't trespass them, the property has to do it.
Best not to answer ANY questions after declaring your right to silence.
Sherlock Holmes displaying masterful detective skills.
Unfortunately, I feel it's only a matter of time before I have my rights violated 😢
These two authority hungry clowns must be really bored to be wasting taxpayers dollars harassing people who are washing a car.
OK. We get it it. You need to "investigate". The problem being, once you can clearly see nothing "suspicious", is going on, you stay, and harass innocent people simply to feed your own overinflated egos!!! 😡
People are allowed to be awake and living thier lives during the night...
High crime area means coppers not doing a good job....
Totally understandable when they cant tell the difference between someone washing a car, and someone siphoning gas...
Washing a CAR WTF 😂😂😂😂😂
They got nothing better to do than to harrass a woman washing her car freaking idiot cops
Call the car wash owner and tell them that cops are trespassing their customers.
So he got a job as a BART cop, because he wasn’t qualified enough to be a mall cop.
So they're going to clean their way into locked cars 🚗 🤔 😳 🫨😅😂🤣
Power wash that door unlocked.
Why does no one know what the 5th amendment is?
A cop's brain can not understand when you say no.
They might be stealing the dirt off that car
OMFG!!!🥴🥴🥴 I better get out to the desert and get some dirt before it's ALL stolen!!!🤣🤣🤣

the school cop is a lawless goon. checking on an absent from school child and wandering around private property running tags and snooping, trying to find anything to use
That's how cops should dress, not in military fatigues
Dear bart buddy it is incumbent on you to to acquire evidence that proves guilt. It is not the private citizens job to prove innocence and it is not a requirement for them to assist you when you are investigating them so go take a walk
I started developing a headache just watching. Maybe my IQ points were being stolen. And THAT is a CRIME.
Great observation and situational awareness skills there Columbo. For the love of freedom boot lickers quit defending these egomaniacs.
They don't have common sense
Why are they saying words to the officers. This warrants the silent treatment.
People work midnights and the night is their day
These cops are obsessed with having authority over everyone they come in contact with. Wasting valuable patrol time on people washing a car while actual crimes could be in progress
Never talk to the police!! They are ignorant to even suggest these people are doing ANYTHING SUSPICIOUS, just washing a car.
Why did the state trooper get called for a kid missing school?
I hate these Clowns
So not immediately unquestionably obeying is being confrontational.
Reasonable suspicion... OF A CRIME!!!!
Reason #1,209 people despise police.
The cop got his feelings hurt so he trespassed the people washing their car, what baby. Cops need to get a clue, and some intelligence.
And you think you have rights. Show me!
If it has nothing to do with them, then why even ask the question? these cops are beyond stupid!
Investigation skills -50, reason ability -50, ego 1000. Who doesn't know the difference between a pressure washer kit or a 5ft hose with a gas canister, these two cops that's who.

So... The cop's reasoning is that thieves hand-wash cars before they steal them?
... It's funny to me that the area is the reason they're threatening trespassing charges. Officer, I'm bored now... Either arrest or go away. I call your bluff, your qualified immunity is gone. ... let's play, officer!
I get angry when I watch this stuff like this!
Butt hurt cops 😂😂😂😂
Total ignorance from these cops.
More uneducated ego driven clowns kick rocks
It's clear the moment he got offended by people knowing their rights, he then started showing his true tyrannical colors by threatening with arrest.
Exactly so thank you very much sir
Stepdade still >can< mean legal gaurdian. Troopers a dumbass
They just can't let it go. Once they knew what was going on they should've just said "sorry" and went on their way. But noooo, they can't admit their wrong, ego won't allow it.
Firer him.
Just dumb and there's no embarrassment or shame with these people.
This video shows why never to talk to police
And agencies that are taxpayer funded, then it isn't private property if open to the public.
he can't trespass only the owner of the property
At first glance I see 2 idiots in clown suits
What don’t they understand about washing a car?

Well there's another couple cops that won't be making detective anytime soon
I'm not going to talk over you. Immediately raises voice to talk over them.
Wow, the size of the ego on that BART cop is truly amazing. Now that I think about it, BART cops do have huge egos.
Must not be that high of a theft area, the cops are just standing around doing absolutely NOTHING to make the community safer or better.
Clowns could at least help wash the car.
"We got a call." I find that no different than "People are saying." good try but it's still BS.
Yea stealing water to wash my car
I don’t see a problem with second officer. He wasn’t rude or aggressive. He showed up as he was told to do. Then the guy was acting weird so he took down a plate number to see who it was. First of all in the second video why would you tell your wife’s name to the cop that was stupid?
Call the police station and tell them what your doing, where your doing it. Every single time you do or go anywhere. That way, they cant be suspicious 😊
The BART pigs murdered Oscar Grant and got away with it.
Stupid is stupid.
Cops should mind their own business
People need to just start resisting and defending themselves from this crap already. Police and up don't follow the laws, so why should the people. Otherwise things like this will only get worse and never change. Bored cops. To a hammer everything is a nail.
Grow up, get a life, get a job.
Pignorant
