The pirate set could go in your amusement park! Like a spooky boat ride add more boats to go in the mouth of the skull.
The logging railway would look PERFECT in the mountains! Would be really cool if you could integrate a mountain railway somehow
The one you're holding in your hand, which I also have, looks much better imo.
Mushroom house and the pirate island would be great additional to the amusement Park should you be extending its layout.
I think the log railway would be amazing in your city as an old relic track, no longer in use. It looks just like the ones we have in our area and I love the trestle bridge.

Those two train stations might pair well together as a grand central station. Very nice sets on the designer program. Glad you are planning to incorporate a few into the city.
That’s a good point the older one can sit behind to serve multiple lines it’s no different to how the big London stations look 👀
The ocean house could easily be repourposed into a swamp/bayou house in the wooded area of the country side.
I think you need a train station up toward the front. As your city was formed, there would have been a station closer to the front to serve the downtown closer to the ocean. It looks older and would look fantastic there. The other ones look good where you have them. 😊
The ocean house could go where the lighthouse currently is, seeing how the lighthouse needs to be brought forward.

Not really. The cheapest set is always grabbed up fast because it's an easier "buy-in" for flippers. So is the set insanely popular? Or flipping? Possibly both. We'll have to wait and see
For the Bricklink program, I went with the Mushroom house, Really love all the foliage they did with it. It's already like 50% sold on bricklink.
The log railway could look really cool on your mountains! Maybe in a fixed position with “fake” tunnels on either side so it looks operational.

14:22 next has to be a Red Ferrari Testarossa. Also if they do the ambulance, they can come out with the mini figs of Burt Reynolds and Dom Del Louise as J.J. and Captain Chaos, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr. as Blake, and Fenderbuam dressed as Priests, and two hot chicks mini figures so they can re-create the cannonball run.
If there was anyone who could actually fit the logging railway bridge into a city, it would be you! Great video!!

Mushroom house is adorable. I want that thing. But even if I did not want it, I would get a couple of them for those parts.
The Ominous Isle should definitely be a pickup, it would look great if you had some water behind the camp ground area. It also looks like you could also just place it in a rocky area at the back of the campground and have it start some elevation in different areas. I feel like there could be a great story to go with it.
I am extremely happy to share that I'm now a proud owner of Brick Cross station!!! I managed to get one within 17 mins of the series going live, and I couldn't be happier! Almost makes me want to start doing some more with lego trains...

For me the Ocean House is the unique, star set this round. Gonna be a great set for pirates builders and maybe some city layouts.
Pre-ordered the Brick Cross Station!... got up at 1am to make sure I got one as I knew it would sell out and sure enough after 7.5 hours, it did.
Comparison of the official Countach to the Porsche converted Countach would be a dope video. 🙏

You could easily include pirate set and the ocean set as parts of the theme park. Surround it water with some fence and ocean house could be like a place to grab some snacks and offer rides to the skull hideout. Too bad the dracula/goth castle/palace didnt make it :(
The mushroom house was my choice for this series. I think it would be cool to have a village of these in a variety of colors. But with Smurfs mini figs. Wink wink to Lego on acquiring the Peyo license to make Smurf sets.

Hey Bricksie I think that bridge set could go into your city, you know how you had that Grey wall at the back of you old city you could integrate that bridge into that wall and have it go over some water like the creek you said you're gonna put or even between the mountains you're gonna put.
Did you get the general store in the first wave? would be cool to combine it with the train plus the 2 rebrickable sets from the same designer to have a wild west area
I so wanted a Contach growing up but have since seen reviews that they were an absolute pig of car to drive. Mushroom house and the Great Deku tree would be perfect for the amusement park
I love the beach house. It would go great with my dept 56 margaritaville island theme that I put up every year from thanksgiving- Christmas - the 1st week of Jan. I use the margaritaville light up buildings and incorporate the Lego sail boat, the 31118 beach house, and a couple of construction vehicles.
for the first sight it's like 'hey wait I've seen it somewhere already' and then came to my mind, isn't so similar to one of yours rebrickable models of porsche 911 ?
I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first time we don't see any of the Bricklink Designer sets sell out. The only ones I'm buying are The Ocean House and the Train Station. The rest are cool, but not for me and definitely more niche as you said, even the Pirate one as it just doesn't seem to piratey for some reason.
Great video, only the Countach is of any interest to me right now. Did take look at Series 2 and nothing really caught my eye, but Series 3 and 4 have some great looking sets!
The re-brickable model looks better to me, I need to see it at the Lego store before I decide if I will buy it.
If you get the logging railway then you could put that going around/on top of you mountain
I reckon you could custom the ocean house a little bit to sit off the boardwalk down near where the railway line curves near the beach.
If you were to get the Ocean House you could integrate it in a lake or a river which could look good in the countryside somewhere maybe? rather than serving an Ocean
If you made a pond on the country side it’d be a great place for the ocean house. Could be fed from a stream on the mountain

Definitely going to get the Lamborghini. Just don’t like how Lego did the front end the front of the one you built looks better.
Maybe wait a little while till an alt build can fix the proportions of the model. If the alt build he’s holding can be built from the Porsche set then surely the Lamborghini can get and alt build the fix it.
The Countach looks ok, but Im not blown away....esp as someone that absolutely loves that car. The hood should be flush with or slight raised above the outer portion....and wish they would use a different piece for the rear wheel rear, the stud gaps on the front side dont looks good tho Im guessing they don't have a smooth piece to use. The rear spoiler should be tiled off for that price

Hey! Have you ever thought about making a lowered part aside from the raised platforms you want to build? like a canyon or something like that. Of course it implies modifying the tables but might be cool. Also, did you consider making the raised line instead of the ground line for the modular part of the city?
I'm still waiting for the view from the second floor perch. Havent seen that angle in any vids yet. Only the stairs so far.

The icons Countach has 4 tyres at the back to get that wider look 😆.. Also now someone needs to make a rebrickable Porsche 911 out of the Countach set 😆

Thank you for sharing the new offers. Love the Lamborghini. Super model! I agree that the train station from Bricklink would be a great addition to the City. It would balance the style of the other station, and thus provide continuity of design.
You could have the logging railway as a part of the future raised trainline. Which could go trough the mountain.
That stations style look pretty similar to the other one u have I wonder if they could be combined well into one giant station, that would be interesting
Would be cool if you check out Modular Buildings from Series 5 and maybe cover them in video! In series 3 & 4 there are not a single one and I feel like city building fans missing it. Series 5 have around 30 (!) modular compatible proposals (its 10% of all submissions)

Hi Jordan, This idea just popped out with the beach housse. Maybe you can change it to ""lake/river house and place it in your campground suround by the river/lake.

How about having one of the table islands be a fantasy island with all kind of RPG, medieval and pirate sets there :)
Many parts and techniques on the countach remind me of the deloreon also that train car on the logging railway is meant to be a generator that can be replaced by a powered up battery box
Humbled opinion here, but the Mushroom house or something like that would actually break a little of the green monotone for the forest/camp area. Besides the A- cabin and your custome cabin, the color doesn’t change much, it might be a good accent set. Just an observation.

The front of the official Lego Lamborghini Countach looks significantly worse then the Rebrickable Porsche 911 moc/mod

This round of the BDP is pretty good, the next looks less interesting for now. The mushroom is doing pretty good, it probably will be the best building experience of all. The designer is one of the best moc builders around, very well known in the community, fantastic designs and techniques

Your excisting trainstation would be a lot more impressive if uou extend it with two more sets :)
As a thought (and you my have already discussed this and I missed it) I think adding some elevation to the city, not just mountains but adding small height differences with platforms on the table goes a long way to give the city more “depth” . This would also allow a bridge for the train and have a valley down below. Just a thought
(Edit): Actually now that I think about it, that’s probably what the wall the train runs through is for. I only came in during the construction process. You are doing a great job

The Designer of the mushroom house made an extension. Its currently in the series 5 and you can vote for it. i love it i get the mushroom house and hope the extension is one of the sets of series 5.
I believe Lego sends bricklink all their excess retired Lego and they part them out and they piece together their bricklink sets from recycled but new parts. I saw a video once of Bricklinks massive warehouse full of all the lego parts. This was before Lego bought Bricklink so that might have changed but these sets do not have new molds
parting out sets is insanely expensive so I doubt it
@digitalrandomart3049 they part out retired sets so the parts do not go to waste. That is what they did before they bought bricklink, I'm saying idk what they do now since they own bricklink they might just bag the parts themselves like any othet set. Also the quantities doubled for each set releases

brick cross train station sounds ideal for the country part of the city like you could place it in the city or country part very easily. just an idea . loving how city is going rn distraction from my terminal cancer . looking forward to next video
The moc looks way more like a countach the angles are all off on the lego version
If you don't want both Lamborghinis. You could take the Lamborghini made from the Porsche and make a Dodge Viper with those piece, if you haven't already.

I know people want the Lambo to match the mini Lambo, but I really wished it was going to come in yellow. There really should be more cars made in yellow. 😞

As for the car: Not for me. I have never and will never care for cars (or most vehicles in general).

Finally, been waiting for a good Icons sports car since Porsche 911. Never liked the ones they released after that. This Countach is a cop for me.
It would be cool if you could turn the pirate set into a water park somehow.
