Buster Crabbe: Dancing (1976)

Another track from the cassette recorded live at the Red Cow, Hammersmith on Wednesday 29 September 1976. The song was written by Paul “Diceman” Bailey and the band had previously recorded a more laid back version in a demo studio in Hampstead the year before. It is heavily influenced by the band Orleans, something of a guilty pleasure in the year of punk!
The line up is Paul “Diceman” Bailey (lead vocal / rhythm guitar), Steve Van-Deller (lead guitar / wah-wah rhythm guitar / backing vocals), Stan Shaw (organ), Mike Gaffey (drums / backing vocals) and Neil Brockbank (bass).
