Asalamualaykum Hiksama family! Here's how our Day 20 to 23 of Ramadan went! We cannot believe that it is already the last ten nights of Ramadan. We feel like Ramadan went by so fast this year and are so sad that it's almost over. In this video, I finally got my Starbucks order as a little treat for Iftar, we do some cooking, and bring you guys along with us to the masjid. Tomato Pasta:
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup diced yellow onion
1 large tomato or cherry tomatoes
1 bell pepper
8 oz. penne pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
1 cup marinara sauce
½ cup heavy cream
½ tsp. garlic salt
½ garlic powder
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
½ tsp. salt
½ tap. black pepper
2 cups spinach
½ cup shredded mozzarella
Chicken:
(season to your liking)
Paprika
Garlic salt
Cayenne Pepper (not too much)
Onion Powder
Black pepper
Pinch of salt
