@@shells500tutubo I strongly suspect that the wife was looking for someone to blame far more than the husband. Men don't generally bond nearly as strongly with a baby prenatally. When my wife miscarried, the vast majority of my emotional response was caring for my wife. The baby that never was was far to ephemeral for me to get overly invested in its fate at that time. When I witness my child's birth is when things changed in my mind.
6:15 I don't see any problem Lola loving the kids even if she is not her real mother, oh I get it then it means she cannot pass on her ideas onto to them because the other mother will get in the way. Then again children can learn from both mothers, so there is still not a problem unless she wants undivided attention from the kids.
