Drink cayenne pepper,ginger, turmeric, lemon and honey tea. Inside is always better than outside. Then do this on wash days.
You can use WHATEVER carrier oil that you like, grapeseed oil, olive oil, sesame oil, avocado oil etc. It's a matter of preference.
not really some oils are astringent and sap the hair of moisture weakening it
What about groundnut oil?
Castor oil is the best and the fastest

I always made onion juice but I will make this oil the 2nd demo u presented! I have four bags of both onion & gallon of grapeseed oil so this is PERFECT so my onions dont go to waste🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 THANKS FOR SHARING

After cooking and separating I add my onions to a finely chopped potatoes and make a nice dish yum

It seems like it might be better to just run the onions through a juicer instead of a blender. A juicer is designed to separate the pulp with no problem.

What essential oils are you using?
@@FaithandNova,best oils to use is peppermint oil, black castor oil, rosemary oil, tea tree oil, lavender oil and vitamin e oil. You can google all essential oils. Experiment with it to find wich is best for you. I'm currently busy using coconut oil with MPL black castor oil and aloe vera gel. Amla oil or extra virgin olive oil are great too. Good luck.

Great results!! Plopping for a minimal amount of time seems to be a good option for thinner hair. I slept in a plop one night, and had a wavy helmet when i woke up, lol!!!!

I have been using this treatment for 3 months and my hair has got thicker and longer I put it on once a week as I only wash my hair once a week you have to be patient and persevere to see the results it don’t work overnight takes a bit of time 👍

Also, try using onion powder not fresh onions. I noticed I react negatively to infusions with fresh food ingredients such as fresh onions, fresh ginger, fresh bananas, fresh amla not dry ones.

🙋♀️ I was afraid to to that, they decided to try it out. I have stopped relaxing my hair since 12/2019. My hair has grown and is thicker now. I cut the relaxed hair each month ( it was so thin, with split ends).
Just bread your natural hair while it is still wet. I also use some aloe vera juice as prepoo to detangle my hair before each wash ( 1 alea vera leaf ).
I will also add this onion recipe to my routine

Awesome! I will use your second method and add orange rinds to help mask the smell (may add essential oils after straining). I always strain everything using a nutmilk bag. Another version is to add cloves. Just have to decide if I want to use a mixture of oils in addition to grapeseed. I like sunflower, avocado, castor and coconut as well -- yeah, it will be mixture:).

Great video! I just made some onion oil using coconut oil! I didnt have a cheesecloth so I used a coffee filter! I added a few drops of peppermint oil to help with the smell. Can’t wait to see results! ☺️
